Meritas Adore is by far one of the most scenic and beautiful properties to stay at in Lonavala. The weather was pleasant and simply perfect for a midweek getaway. The management, especially the manager, were extremely hospitable and welcoming. The food is amazing and Zameen ke Tohfe (mushrooms stuffed with cheese) is definitely a must try. Giving this place a 5/5 for the splendid stay and customer service. The entire indo-greek vibe Meritas Adore offers is something one cannot miss.

We had a warm welcome to this cozy resort. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming, the rooms were cozy and comfortable with each room having a sit out. The pool and games rooms were best for entertainment, we had many indoor games and badminton aswell. The food was immaculate yet not to expensive. Value for money. The location of the resort is in the midst of the city where everything is near by. We had the hotel management our city tour by inhouse touring contact which made things quite easy for us. And a special shoutout to the amazing staff, the entire reception staff and Mr Sunil who was the security, he was so warm and friendly, this trip was a complete package thanks to the amazing service and the cozy resort.

We had a great time during our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Especially Bilal and Pooja from the restaurant.
Our rooms were clean and the view was nice.
The property is situated in tranquil locality. The environment is very peaceful and calming.
The hotel's restaurant has pool facing seating plus extra tables by the pool. During the night you can have candle light dinner by the pool which is an amazing experience.
When I visited the pool was open. It was very clean and pool attended was helpful.
This Meritas property isn't very big hence less crowd so better during covid.
The photos shown on any platform match with the real property ,there isn't much difference.
This property is always pre-booked so be stead fast when you see availability or book in advance.

We visited Meritas Adore on weekend and found it excellent for rooms, food and cleanliness. Pool was operational though small but was very effective for kids. It's a small resort but good for small get-together with family and friends

One of the best resort we have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. Food was very nice. From the balcony, we could view the swimming pool and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the Narayani Dham temple Lonavla. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in
side the property, quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunrise from the room was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Lonavla. If someone wants to visit the temple then they could directly walk down along the path and reach the temple within 10 minutes.
We are extremely thankful to Madam Sampa Haldar for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also thank all the staff for professional services provided to us.
We recommend this resort for peaceful environment and comfortable stay.

My experience with Meridas is that of happiness. We stayed for a nite and it was lovely. The room overlooked the pool and gave us a tranquil feeling.

The staff is very cooperative. We were very worried for our baby's food as it was his first outing, staff provided exact same food as we required thanks to the Chef. Special thanks to Pooja, Archana, Babarao, Joseph, Tanaji these were the few whom we interacted apart from these also all are very helpful and polite. Hospitality, service, food taste is all up to the mark. Only one remark is the Kitchen staff could work better on Menu Planning like experimenting the Menu for Breakfast as I said taste is good but variety can be improved. Rest all is superb. We had a lovely weekend spent and looking forward to visit again. Thanks again.

The ambiance, room and the service was amazing, however the breakfast did not meet our expectation. The boiled eggs were rubbery and old stock not fresh, when ordered omelette twice they served the omelet with too much salt. Need improvement in the breakfast spreads. This visit was our fourth visit, hence we request you to give frequent visitors a complementary upgrade if the rooms are available once in a year as goodwill gesture. This time though the rooms were vacant even after requesting we did not get a free upgrade. Over all it was a great experience, especially the food from ala carte,swimming pool and the service boys were outstanding.
