It starts with the staff and they were all amazing. Friendly staff, perfect location and good size rooms which are extremely clean and comfortable You can order almost anything and have it delivered. Mr. bilal and the team Member ( Anikey, Basant, Baba rao ) were so very attentive and accommodating. Hotel is very secure and welcoming. the hotel is super clean and had everything to make our stay memorable. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking to stay. This property was a home away from home. They offered a great hospitality and security. I stayed at the property for 9 consecutive days and being a solo traveller, I am very particular about my accommodation Since I was on a business trip, My days used to be really hectic. Coming back to a clean room, friendly staff and amazing food used to be the highlight of the day. The breakfast menu, although limited but is sufficient for a short break one is taking at a hotel This property gives you a feel of a cute little hidden gem nestled in the city I would surely recommend this hotel, fits in the budget while offering a great stay !! Don’t book it if you are not getting the pool facing room , as the other room faces the parking lot and any one can peep in through glasses Location is complete no no Most of the staff are well behaved but mr Kuldeep(manager) should be sent for formal training as he is super rude. This has to be one of the most relaxing, worthwhile, comfortable resorts in Lonavala. It's small but the that is an asset as it gives a feeling of coziness. It's open and spacious, with a great swimming pool for adults and children alike.
Room: Small to medium sized, good ambience, good furniture, comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Washroom is well maintained, with a powerful shower and good warm water.
Restaurant: Open, overlooks the pool, having a small, select menu. The food is extremely tasty, good portions and extremely fresh. We stayed in the resort for dinner instead of exploring other options, due to the great food.
Pool: One of the highlights of the place. Clean, non-slippery, well-aerated and well lighted in the evenings. Swimming costumes can purchased in the resort at MRP.
Service: Thanks to Joseph, Tanaji, Pooja, Babarao, and the rest, for making this a wonderful, welcome trip.
Overall, the resort is so inviting and comfortable that many people come here to rest rather than leaving early to explore Lonavala and returning late at night.

Our visit to Adore Meritas Resort was amazing. Loved the hospitality, well behaved and always smiling staff. A Big shout out to Mr. Bilal & his colleagues, at the food court who managed our customized food requests nicely that added those additional brownie points. Delicious food, good music, amazing staff. Adore Meritas is a must visit. 👍
However, would also like to add that while booking we made a special request for a Baby Cot which never came to our room. ☹
Would also like to add that Initially I had planned to book the place directly by calling, but despite calling several times the manager on the call didn't seem interested in sending us the quotation & eventually I booked online on Booking.com. However I chose to ignore his behavior & enjoyed my stay thanks to Booking.com 👎

Our bed broke and fell directly on my family member sleeping, luckily no one got injured, but hotel was least bothered to even check on us but just kept on calling us asking to check out. 1. No hangers in bathroom for napkin and towel 2. No handwash in bathroom in one of our rooms. 3. Ac not working in one of our room 4. Torn bedsheets with tag of their other resort picaddle, looks like they are using old bedsheets of other resort here. 5. No provision of wheelchair 6. No bathroom slippers I liked their reasturant, the food was really delicious and service was very very fast which i liked the most. Rest overall experience was too bad, I would say it’s overpriced, for such service it should be priced max 2k. Else it’s recommended to go for any other hotel.

Looks like a fairly big complex from the pictures but it is not a big resort. There are rooms on the ground and first floor with balconies that face the swimming pool and there are other rooms that face the parking lot.
Smooth checkin and really good comfortable rooms.
The swimming pool and common area is accessible and kept very clean. The restaurant where breakfast is served and where other meals can also be availed of is an open plan one facing the play area.
There is a common room at one end of the resort which had some table games and a table tennis table. It seemed to also double up as a storage room.
The staff is very good and was quite attentive.
Now for some of the reasons why I haven’t given all stars:
The wiFi is really sketchy across the resort
Basic amenities like a hair dryer were not available in the rooms and had to be requested from reception. They took forever to provide one. And not sure of their obsession with hair dryers but a guy actually knocked at our door at 10 pm in the night to take it back.
On the next day after my girls were out of the pool, I requested the reception for a hair dryer so that by the time they would have finished with their showers, the hair dryer would be ready. It took 25 mins and three reminders for them.
I discussed this with the manager who was apologetic but also mentioned that they only have few hair dryers across all the rooms and need them back to service other rooms if needed.
Other than this small issue, the hotel was quite good and affordable. Some of the staff who arranged for taxis etc. to travel to Pune deserve a special mention,
A good place to stay whilst in Lonavala.

The place is good, it’s not Meritas Piccadle it terms of amenities but has its own charm. Ideal for family who won’t spend too much time in their room but still want a home like feeling while staying. Spacious rooms that are hygienic & clean. Prompt a room service when you need it.
A pool to dive into that was super clean and well maintained. It has a small restaurant that dishes out good food.
What Meritas Adore missies in size or amenities is more than made up with great comfortable rooms, with a good pool view, quick access around rooms for large families & above all you will never end up with crowd that’s in your face which for a break is great.
My trip was for two night but you might want to consider three and just laze a day in the room, it’s that nice or just go and hit the pool.
Overall the place is very good & very satisfying. Lastly this review cannot happen without mentioning about the staff and the people at the resort. All of them were very helpful, extremely welcoming and ready to spoil you too. The staff makes up for that great stay.
What I would like to see change is the breakfast buffet. It needs to cater to a larger audience that would prefer a continental break fast like sausages or cereal or pastry.
I’d definitely recommend this place if you are going in a large group or as family.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Mumbai sales office team member, Ms. Sampa in the property, duty managers, restaurant and house-keeping team went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
