This has been my worst hotel experience from all my travels. The rooms are substandard with cockroaches and insects entering from the gaps under the door. We checked out at 1 in the morning having paid for 2 nights. There are many better hotels than this in this budget. Please stay only if you like cockroaches as pets or lizards as friends. Do not expect a refund. Thank you.

" We skipped to the good part in the start of 2022" 1. Excellent Rooms - must get 5 star rating for the Cleanliness and hygiene maintained at its best. Blackout curtains were just perfect for the cozy environment. Well designed and adequate furnished room is perfect for a weekend break. 2. Great hospitality offered by all the staffs. They were extremely polite, professionally behaved, courteous, approachable all the time and friendly. 3. Resort is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and so peacefull. It's like a hidden gem in the city. 4. Complimentary breakfast was Delicious, served with so many different varieties of dishes. Quality and presentation was great. The staff working in the restaurant are very polite and helpful, special thanks to the restaurant manager Mr.Bilal to be so approachable and helpful in all aspects. 5. Room service was another thing to be at its mark as the Complimentary toiletries were very much helpful (specially for female's). Housekeeping person were available all the time during the stay. Special Thanks to Mr. Sachin for helping us out of the box. 6. Pool was maintained very much clean couldn't go in due to COVID but took some memories photos. 7. Spended some quality time in the Indoor games room having games like carrom, billiards, chess, table tennis, foosball (table soccer) etc.

It was our second time visiting Meritos resort. Both the experience have been tremendous, from the resort’s facilities to the rooms are all worth the money you pay. The resort staff’s are humble helpful and cooperative. One staff in particular named Asrar gave us the best guest service that we have received. He is a kind, cooperative and resourceful individual. We visited the property for two days. We ended up staying in for the most of the trip, owning to the Covid-19 concerns. Although located within main city radius, we had quiet and peaceful experience. The food was really good and the chef was kind enough to accept our special request. The hygiene and sanitization of the property was maintained very well by the management. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Mr. Joseph (room service) and Pooja and the manager at the restaurant for making sure our stay was comfortable.

Visited for celebrating my Wife Bday. Very nice property with cozy rooms and cleanliness. Pool facing rooms have better views as other side is having parking view. Got very good support from reservation desk. Restaurants staff is very cooperative and food is very delicious. All our request for keeping the food less spicy was adhered too, as our baby was also able to eat. Pool is maintained well. Overall a good experience. Will surely try other properties of Meritas group.

I visited adore by meritas today. From checkin Mr. Devraj did an smooth checkin. Also guided to our room no. 210 which was very private. Hearthly thanx to him. The iceing on cake was Mr. Bilal restaurant in charge who with great hospitality served us a hearthly meal and a desert therafter.

Archana at reception and Pooja at restaurant, I must mention are very helpful throughout your stay at this property.
Everything is just perfect here. It’s located nearby market, yet you will feel it’s cool & calm inside. Would like to visit again. Prefer to book pull side room. Value for money. If you want privacy, 1st floor is preferred. If you are with friends book ground floor.
Restaurant ambience and food also is good.

Very much relaxing place to stay, delicious food, highly recommended because of cooperative and helpful staff, Must mention Bilal, Geeta and Pooja for their work to make us feel special here. Food is limited but very much satisfying. Pleasant, Clean and well managed premises. Cant forget breakfast with multiple options, makes you whole day exciting and hunger free. Well maintained pool, must mention Mr. Joseph to keep it clean all the time. Nice rooms, well maintained washrooms and very well equipped with all essentials like shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, comb, toothbrush etc. I will definitely recommend as well as keep the Meritas Adore on my priority list if I have to be in Lonavala again in future.

I did not get a good feeling when I entered the resort as it was not to our expectations, however the interiors are very good. The pool, garden area are well maintained and was wondering if they give it on rent for external parties, which I missed to check. Food was good with lot of options available. Breakfast too had lot of variety. Forgot the name of restaurant manager, who was very helpful and well behaved. Kids friendly place with lawn, slides and baby pool. My kid had a good time with other kids joining him to have their own time.
Obviously the crowd was good, most being couples and families.
They should continue to maintain the service and price to attract more and more visitors.
Overall a wonderful experience. Will rate 8 on 10.
