Perfect getaway for a minivacation. Food is yummylicious Courteous staff, main Stewart - Surendra Labdi is always on toes to ensure the guests requirements are met. Gaming zone needs renovation.. new rooms are beautiful.. however view from any room is just amazing..we enjoyed the sunset right from the balcony of our room!!! Kids play area is also there, pool provides option of child and adult pool, clean towels and someone is always there on guard. Staff makes the stay seamless and peaceful.

Whenever mumbaikars get a chance for staycation the first city or hill station that comes to our mind is none other than Lonavala. And if we tell you that we found a perfect staycation place for your friends or family or perfect location for business meetings or a huge lawn for your destination wedding , your reaction to it will be a big relief and no more trouble of searching a good resort.
So recently we visited The Lagoona Resort which is India's first environmentally friendly resort in Lonavala. A man-made lagoon with eco-friendly entertainment activities is the main highlight of this resort. This resort have two in-house restaurants which serves multi cuisine and also arranges set up for your special occasion like candle light dinner . Recently started with fun & thrilling activities under professional guidance which covers rifle shooting, lagoon zip lining , fishing . A lot of indoor options like pool , carrom , chess , tennis . They also have 4 banquets which will satisfy your corporate as well as personal events. They have a huge category for rooms which is affordable at the same time and we absolutely loved the view from our balcony .
Talking about the hospitality i would like to say it’s a Luxurious experience.

We two couples stayed there for three nights and this is what we observed.
The hotel maintenance in terms of airconditioners was poor. The rooms were not cooling. The hot water in the bathroom was not working and I had to call housekeeping everytime before using the bathroom and to remind them to put the geyser on. The bedsheets were old and stained with wear and tear. The only good point was that the rooms were large with a balcony.
The free inclusive breakfast comprised of idli, live dosa station, vadas,upma, poha bread toast, omelettes, and fresh fruits. The quality of cooked food in terms of taste was not up to the mark and tastes bland. Variety was there but they didn't care for taste. Our child requested for cheese dosa and the cook rudely told her that it was not there in the breakfast menu. How disappointing she felt. There was no buffet package for lunch or dinner which generally other hotels provide.
There was no social distancing being followed in the entire hotel. I seriously doubt if they were sanitizing the rooms after the guests left. The hotel is at a place where you will need a vehicle to visit all the nearby attractions.
There was no placard for DO NOT DISTURB in the room and the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms without taking your consent. Chances of your personal stuff getting lost or misplaced cannot be ruled out.
People who are looking for good ambiance and neat rooms will get disappointed.
In terms of entertainment you will get highly disappointed as they only have a magic show for kids. The adults who look for some DJ night or dancing or some games will again feel frustrated as they have none of those in their hotel premises.

i have been there in the month of Feb. 2023 with my wife i have booked Winter romantic package i was really horrible experience and worst i cant say.
As i enter hotel no one was at the gate to pick up your bags and as well as no one was at the reception as well no water asked no welcome drink was asked in the hotel as per the itinerary said my Mumbai sales office guy Mr.Kritesh said till that time was ok but as soon i reached reception lady don't know about Romantic winter package then we make payment after there was no one to pick up bags from reception to the room we were searching room were it is no one was there to guide us and also no manager was present at the hotel reception.
As we enter room the room was not decorated as per the mail send at time of payment after that room sliding door was no having lock it was damaged and very big think they were not having any other room to give us because on Monday they were having some shaddi function so they said we cant give another room to you whole night mosquito and surprisingly AC was not working whole night.
I think i was staying in some chawl type room in hotel no service on time no body know what's going on in the hotel poor management.
Over all food was good in the hotel hotel don't have there vehicle to go to market because hotel is very far from main market of lonavala city Rickshaw wala take 1 side 150 so if you dont have your own vehicle you will spend more money in rickshaw travelling
After i spoken to management regarding the same but very poor response i got it no one is here to take decision next time when to book this hotel please check it properly other wise you will waste money for your trip and you will be unhappy.
if there is option of -ve star rating i would have given the lowest rating in -ve.

Rooms are nice good service ,staff always ready to help we booked a mountain facing Ac super deluxe room with breakfast included at very reasonable price.... clean and hygiened atmosphere.... limited menu but Tasty food . Decent stay , the property location is good, somehow I was disappointed with the few stuffs, I asked for a bathroom with bathtub and balcony with garden view, didn't get anyone. The coffee and sugar sachet was not available in room only 2 tea bags and sachet was kept. Overall it was decent stay.
