We are a group of 12 people who visited this property and stayed for 2 nights.
It's a new and great property, Washrooms are clean. Nice pool. As mentioned in most of the comments, the biggest pro of this property is the mall beside it. You can order whatever you wanted from the mall, and they happily serve you. And you need not pay a bill that time.
The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's a request to the owner that, Don't let any of your staff members go. The Chefs, hotel boys, and managers all are very welcoming, In our group, there were people of all ages, from 15 months to 70+. They catered to all our special requests from food to cleaning, toiletries, room service, etc.
Feel free to do a booking at this place.
I agree, looking at their level of amenities, rooms, and service, the options for breakfast can be increased. Though they serve everything like fruits, juices, milk, tea, coffee, south Indian, parathas, fries, sandwiches, eggs, etc.

I was here last week for the Tata Ultra Marathon and my hotel stay was extremely comfortable so I could concentrate fully on my Ultra Run. My check in was seamless and taken to the room by Rakesh, who explained each and every function in the room, timings in great detail. The freshly prepared breakfast and snacks were tasty, freshly prepared and a lot of focus on minimal wastage. The manager Basudev Mahapatra was hands on, interacting with guests and ensuring that all needs were met. I missed having my family as I'm sure that they too would have had a great time. I plan to surely return. All in all, an excellent 2 night stay made memorable by the wonderful staff! Thank you

The best thing about this hotel is that it is at a walkable distance from the main market and yet away from the loud traffic noise in that area. If you plan on a quiet comfortable stay, this hotel is a good choice for you. It is also very close to Lonavala lake. And you have access to Triose plaza as well where you can watch a movie or eat at the food court. The rooms are clean and the wifi speed was one of the best in all the hotels that I have stayed in. Our only not-so-good experience was during breakfast. The food items are not replaced till the trays are empty. And the food gets cold really quickly down there. The customers won't get to know that the food has gone cold until they taste it and then it just ruins the mood. The staff should pay close attention to this. Also, some of the staff seemed uninterested in serving the customers. They just looked unhappy with our presence, as if they didn't want to work.

1. I had written to the property that I am a solo female traveller and my purpose was not tourism but a quiet, peaceful and good view room is important to me. This is because of the reason why I was going there. I was first allotted a lake view room which however had a blocked view of lake and annoyingly noisy as it faced the road. They then shifted me to a quieter room overfacing the farm which was much better. 2. Room with a balcony is actually a kind of a joke. The balcony has space enough to only stand awkwardly. You cant place a chair and sit there and relax. 3. I had to write to Management on room absence of room cleaning, replenishing of water, coffee kit etc. They then did it and then writing in their email that I should contact room service/housekeeping for my requirements during the stay. Did this imply that I shouldnt write emails? In fact I wrote email when I didnt get immediate action from the reception/housekeeping. 4. Breakfast buffet option was just ok. The floor cleaning was not adequate. The cleaning was better after I complained. 5. The Admin officer Mr. Biswas was quite good. He came to check with me my issues and did address them adequately.
Considering this was a solo and I have stayed in many properties in the past, the hotel normally goes out of the way to make one comfortable. I found that warmth missing. I dont make any unreasonable demands. But I definitely warmth and friendliness and that touch of care goes a long way in going back to a place.

Dear Madam, We submit as below: 1. Even before your check in, we responded to your email regarding your room preference and allotted you the room accordingly. This incidentally, is amongst the most sought after rooms in our property. The view of the lake is partially blocked by the tree line and the lake levels have receded in this season. We changed your room at your request. 2. The size of the balcony is governed by the rules of the local municipal council and we cannot control this. Chairs placed in the room are put in the balcony by many of our guests. 3. You seem to have misunderstood our intent of requesting you to contact room service/ housekeeping. You had come in the peak season and there was every possibility of response to emails getting delayed. In your email to us, you wrote "No room cleaning was done." "Water, tea and coffee kits not replenished." You had not written that you did not get any response from our reception / housekeeping team, hence our request to you on the subject. Mr. Biswas met you to understand your issues, if any and to address them. We add that we had kept the room blocked for you for one night despite peak season only at your suggestion that you may stay for one more night, which you did. We thank you for that. I stayed in Triose hotel for 2 nights during a short weekend getaway to Lonavla. We had selected Premium room which seemed a bit small to me but was very neat and clean. It had all the basic amenities including hair dryer, fridge, godrej digital safe, iron, coffee machine, tv. Hot water and basic toiletries were available in the bathroom. This hotel is located right in front of Lonavla lake but there is no view of the lake from here. There are some good restaurants around 10mins from this place near Sunil’s wax museum. The Triose Plaza is right next door but only has a food court with couple of food outlets. Restaurants in this plaza are closed post covid. Plus point is the children’s play area in the plaza for families with kids staying at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was good and there were many options available. Sambar could have been better. There was live dosa and omelette counter. Overall it was a pleasant experience although room seems pricier for the size.

Took a Terrace Room very spacious. Lift access helped. Shower was strong & hot. Excellent Linen, Towels spotlessly clean, with a firm Soft Bed. Ample parking. Food is to die for. Tandoori - all veg was insanely mouthwatering. The North Indian food - Chole, Black Daal, Paneer, the Kulchas worth every bite. Portion is good. They make their own bread for Pizzas which were crisp & tasty. The cheese was super. the garlic toast was very well buttered & baked. Their Pasta too was great. will give 7 STARS to their food. Will Stay & dine with them ONLY when in Lonavala

Have been to Triose a few times over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay each time. Be it with family or friends, the place has a lot to offer for everyone. The ambience is amazing with the true essence of Lonavala as a hill station. There are different food options and experiences associated with each outlet. We recently hosted a party at Triose and all our guests couldn't have been happier. The dhaba, lounge, cinema, all have different vibes which was experienced by all of us. Since we stayed at the Triose hotel, we also enjoyed the swimming pool along with the elaborate buffet breakfast that had something new every morning. The staff at Triose was always welcoming and very supportive. Anything that we requested for was made available to us within a short time without any fuss. All our guests felt a homely warmth during our stay at the property. The managers also ensured that everything was in order. Overall the experience has always been a home away from home.
Looking forward to many more such happy times at Triose Lonavala.

Our stay in Triose Boutique Hotel in Lonavala was for the First time in this place... Our family really loved this place. The staff was very cooperative and their services were also good. The food and complimentary breakfast was also good. We will alway stay here whenever we visit lonvala and specially our room no 209 where we had stayed. I would say every rooms in this hotel is very comfortable to stay here. The General Manager Basudev Mahapatra, I must say he is really very very kind and calm person. He is always there to welcome each & every one with smile and there to accommodate us... he make sure we get the best service whenever any guests visit here. He also tells his staff that we are prime customer and also make sure that our stay is very much comfortable and enjoyable. All the hotel should have atleast one of such managers in their property. Always ready to make sure the guest are happy. We came across with the Room boy Rakesh, he was very cooperative helpful and active. The hotel is located in a peaceful locality! Rooms are comfortable and clean and neat with all basic amenities. The breakfast and snacks at the hotel is good and the staff ensures to check in on you regularly so there is no challenge! They have live counters for these two times of the day where few items are prepared! The food court attached has few options but they take a lot of time to prepare food but that is not on the hotel here! Evening you can just go for a walk and watch sunset at a view point and get back!

The food court (as distinct from other food courts) does not keep food prepared in advance and prepares them according to the orders received so as to maintain the freshness and taste. I got chance to celebrate my special birthday at this lovely property with my family. We were in big group but the kind of hospitality that was extended by the staff at the property was top notch. Special mention for the excellent food that they served.Coming from Delhi I give full credit to the chef who prepared excellent North Indian food for all of us and special mention to chaat they served us in the Dhaba restaurant. We have an outodoor swimming. Amongst other outdoor activities, we have a childrens play area which is presently not usable in view of the rains. We have a pool table, table tennis table, foosball and indoor board games, children's soft play area all on complimentary basis. In the adjoining plaza building, we have, on chargeable basis, a three screen multiplex, video games arcade and ResQrooms.
