A few hiccups but overall great experience. Staff was very accommodating with things we needed. Friendly staff. It would be nice to be able to go the pool more often. A little better bedding. The blankets seemed very thin and needs some upgrading. But if we needed something we had the delivered within minutes.

Interesting location but it works. Very clean hotel, very helpful staff ... we got in after a long drive and was welcomed in with an easy check in. The room was great and the night was pleasant. I would stay there again.

Booked this hotel last minute for my parents who were on their way back to NJ from NC. They raved about how nice the hotel was and were both impressed with breakfast. While most hotels are handing you a brown bag for breakfast , the Fredericksburg Hyatt is going above and making eggs and bacon in to-go containers for the guests along w fresh fruit, juice, cereal and granola bars!!!! Thank you Hyatt Place Fredericksburg for making the extra effort, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!!

Even though we were told that Hyatt tries to have 3 days between room occupancy, our room was occupied the night before. They don't use fresh pillows and don't have extras, so if you stay here, bring your own. The bed was lumpy as was the cover (they wash the down blanket, so the feathers clump together!).
