Entire staff needs to be trained on sanitizing and cleaning of the rooms Don’t need holes in the sheets or hair in the tub or floor being sticky. I will not recommend to anyone to stay here and tell them to spend more money and go somewhere else

My expectation was higher since it is part of the Wyndham motel/hotel chain and was booked though the Wyndham Rewards website. Cigarette odor lingered throughout the lobby and hallways, smoke alarm in our room was disconnected and was hanging from the ceiling, lamp and alarm clock were disconnected prior to check-in because there were no available outlets, bathtub floor was dirty with black stains, and a/c unit had a stale/foul odor. I'll end on a good note: Veterans parking available near the lobby entrance. :)

The ad for this property claimed ‘totally renovated’! Seriously? The first thing we noticed how absolutely filthy the wall heater was and the condition of the floors. The only thing that might have been new was the vanity/sink combo and new paint (painted over all flaws) in the bathroom. I went back to the office to say this was not acceptable and asked for a ‘renovated’ room. The lady at the desk did not understand (or chose not to) what I meant by ‘renovated’. She did offer another room but other than the fact that heater (she did say that this one wasn’t working as well as the room she assigned to us) seemed cleaner, the room was identical. We should have left and gone to find another place but we were too tired after driving 13 hours to get well on our way home. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable.…

Second time here. Have it a second chance because said was renovated. Same room 301 the king bed is so old you roll into the centre of it. Smoke smell coming through bathroom vent in the morning...won’t be back!

place is a little run down, also quoted a price and was charged 3.00 more each night, not a big deal just not what I was told the place was a little dirty and in need of repair. hiway noise was very bad, mattress was very old.
