Carrie at the front desk was so kind. She found me a fan to help me sleep. It wasn’t where it should have been but she didn’t give up. Way to go above and beyond. You made my stay☺️. Very good value for the money. The service definitely put your hotel at 5stars! Date actually Oct 30,2020. TripAdvisor would not let me choose October.
If I could give the review a negative 5 star, I would. Upon entering the hotel, I did not see any signs for masks 3 workers in lobby, no masks I ask why they weren’t wearing masks , because they are state mandatory. And I am from njj and I know that The women said masks are not mandatory for anyone. We did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel that doesn’t care about their customers. The attitude of employee was very unprofessional. The hotel rugs were also disgusting If you care about your health, don’t stay here! Will call main headquarters to complain Went immediately to Marriott who really care about people. They had this sign on their door. Sleep inn should have been following state law Will stick to Marriott from now on
HORRIBLE. Worst hotel ever stayed in. Smelled like mold. Had to spray deodorant to breath. Dirty sheets, ripped comforter, dirty towels, mold on bottom of shower curtain. I must mention the noise that kept us awake all night from people coming and going throughout the night. Our room was next to the back door. If we didn’t have to stay we would have checked out immediately. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
My wife and I recently stayed here overnight after a long day of driving. The room was ready, smelled great, and was in tip top shape. The breakfast was a mix of cold and hot options for breakfast. I made a waffle that I shared with my wife.. Based upon my experience at this hotel I would return in he future, and recommend to fellow travelers.
I try and stay at Choice Hotels as I’m a gold member. This was a place to stop while on the road. Staff could try to smile and make you feel welcome. Or they could smoke further than the front entrance. Got to room and it smelled like smoke. AC unit only made noise. Thankfully I could open a window. They got the 2nd star because the bed was comfortable. Oh, the breakfast. You had a choice of a sausage, or a sausage. No eggs.
