I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Savannah. Everything and everyone at this inn was amazing, my wife and I had the most wonderful time and cannot wait to go back. The breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day and their small bites, wine and dessert just finished the day wonderfully. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with and always friendly and helpful.

Hotel's Favourite
My friend and I stayed at the Eliza Thompson House on our first visit to Savannah. We both wanted old, quaint, beautiful, and clean, and this place didn't disappoint. Our room was so nice and very roomy. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The food was great and the wine and snacks is such a nice touch and terrific for mingling with other guests. The courtyard where breakfast is was so pretty. It is in the historic district and the street was quiet. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent location and staff service. Very accommodating staff. An enjoyable experience overall, especially for only 1 night. Came into town with my son for SCAD Day, found the room relaxing and cozy.

Visited for a long weekend and the stay was terrific. The inn is located on a beautiful, quiet street within walking distance of all sites in the historic district. It is located closer to Forsyth Park than the riverfront, however it's an easy, scenic walk to the river. It's actually a scenic walk to anywhere from that area. Also, it seemed like the closer to the inn you got, the fewer the crowds were which was nice. The staff was great throughout our stay and willing to do whatever they could to make it a memorable stay. The inn and its location help you to become a part of the beauty and history of Savannah.

We stayed at the Eliza Thompson House to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. All I can say is this place is amazing and we will for sure return. The staff were amazing in their friendliness from check-in to check-out. The breakfasts were out of this world delicious and as an added pleasure, the chef came to each table to introduce himself and greet guests. I cannot say enough about this place and highly recommend.
