Detailed Reviews
The location near the Inner Harbor and sports and concert venues is good. The place is desperately in need of a facelift, although our room was clean and comfortable. The room safe didn't work. Wyndham could certainly stand to hire more staff. While everyone we met was friendly and helpful, there needs to be more than one person on the desk during peak check-in times and we could see that the manager was having to direct the cleaning staff.
While the parking is conveniently right next door, the charge is added to your bill: $35 for overnight parking for one night.

The hotel location is very convenient to Inner Harbor. (Parking lot attached, $34 per night with in-and-out privileges) We were somewhat disappointed that the pool wasn't open, and "breakfast" was scarce. Also, our room had a definite odor - cross between skunk and cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to be worse when the air was off. (Not sure if that had anything to do with it) Front desk was extremely helpful with tips for Baltimore travel, hotspots, etc.

This hotel is located next to the CFG arena, making it a oerfect place to stay if seeing a show there. Also, just 2 blocks from Inner Harbor waterfront. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Room was spotless, very comfortable with plenty of pillows, towels and a large fridge. Had all the amenities, including microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer and ironing board and safe. Enjoyed a very peaceful night. Felt very safe at this location and on the hotel grounds. Small breakfast set up in the lobby with danish, coffee and cereal, all complimentary. Restuarant is temporarily closed. Would absolutely stay here again. Parking garage attached to the hotel.

Even though the hotel knew that on June 24 and 25, a lot of people (80+) attending the conference, would check in, the hotel didn't have enough housekeepers to clean rooms. I waited for over an hour to check in. Once I got to the room, bed sheets had blood stains and I had to call to get them changed. Also the safe didn't work, and I called the front desk about it. They said that they would send someone to change battery but no one showed up. After I checked out, I noticed in my email invoice that the hotel actually charged me $1 per day for the non-working safe. Breakfast is a joke: not coffee, no milk, and not even water. Some juice and plastic wrapped muffins and cereal bars. Don't stay there if you can avoid. Very close to the Baltimore convention center that is why I gave one star.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Convenience for me.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location near the convention center. Everything else was a nightmare.
From the moment I checked in, the entire floor reeked of smoke. As someone with asthma and allergies, this made my stay unbearable. My room was hot and stuffy, and the air conditioning didn’t work, making it even harder to breathe. I woke up congested and struggling with asthma issues.
Breakfast was a joke—just a couple of English muffins, toast, and limited juice options. If you’re going to advertise breakfast, at least provide something substantial. I had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts just to get a real meal.
The worst part? I had an important photography engagement at the convention center but was locked out of my room when I went to retrieve my camera. The front desk reprogrammed my key FOUR times before finally sending someone with a master key…only for that not to work either. I waited over an hour for maintenance to finally get me back in, causing me to miss my opportunity.
I requested to move floors or get a refund for the second night, but the manager claimed they couldn’t authorize anything and that a higher-up would contact me. I never received any call or email—zero follow-up, zero concern for my experience.
To top it off, the facility was dirty, and the only working ice machine was on the 7th floor. This place is not worth the risk for me, especially if you have respiratory issues. The location may be convenient, but at the cost of your health and peace of mind. Stay elsewhere.
Would NOT recommend.

Heat didn't work. No Hot water in sink. TV remote almost worked. What they call a breakfast is a joke. Coffee service sugar and cream packs in room had no stir sticks. $40 for parking? For that place? Ha!
The room was clean and it was in a good location. Won't EVER consider staying there again.

False advertising. We were very unhappy with our two-night stay at this hotel. It obviously needs an infusion of money to fix it up because it looks nothing like the photos on their website. The continenal breakfast offered is shown in my photo (not the ones they advertise.) The sheets were dirty and our shower didn't work until maintenance came to fix it. The people working there were helpful but stretched very thin. I had to call repeatedly after seeing our bill (and being overcharged) which was eventually fixed. I will not go back which is unfortunate because the location is great. It was a huge disappointment and felt a bit like I was scammed because of false advertising.

The room was disgusting. Food in the fridge, surfaces not wipes, toothpaste in the sink. It was unclean. Check in was good and the desk agent was friendly and helpful. Parking payment was slightly confusing. Pay inside with the hotel. The water pressure was the best thing this hotel had to offer.

Rooms are ok but small and dated.
Breakfast is a complete and utter joke.
The hotel charges $50 for "incidentals" and says they'll refund it within 5-7 days. This is not the type of hotel to have incidentals at all. They only tell you this after you've checked in and they've run you're card.
There is also a $1 charge added for the room safe whether you use it or not and they won't remove it at checkout.

When we checked into our room, someone was already there! We went back to the desk and the staff said that this had happened before in the three weeks he had been working there. We were also not given the usual instructions—didn’t tell us where our room or elevator was, when breakfast was, nothing. Just gave us the key. The second room was not that clean. The free breakfast was absolutely cheap and terrible, what you’d expect from a roadside motel. That was the whole reason I picked that hotel because it is easier with small children to take them down for breakfast. It was also a lot further from the inner harbor than they made it seem, so we had to walk through the city 25 minutes to get to our destination. I’d never go back.

Yes, you can leave your car in the garage. We encode your parking ticket until 12noon of your departure day. You may certainly stay parked in the garage past noon and you would just pay the difference at the garage.
