One night stay while traveling. Probably would have asked for room change if staying longer because the carpeted floors and sheets on mattress felt wet...im assuming humidity issues but im no expert. Reasonable priced. Area around hotel seemed fine. Quick check in. Room was very clean which is a big deal for us. Comfortable bed. Continental breakfast selection was mainly waffle station, omelet, sausage, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, and cereal.

I’m a 71 year old woman traveling alone, so I was concerned about security. This hotel was great. Very friendly and professional staff, clean and quiet room. I felt very safe and comfortable. Furniture in the room was a little worn and slightly stained, but not very important compared to the super comfortable bed, large room and cleanliness. I also liked the coffee maker, microwave and small fridge in the room. The free breakfast was ok and covid precautions in place. Drug stores, restaurants close. Quiet area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

5 Stars for friendly service! Every person from the front desk to the breakfast to the maintenance staff all greet you with a smile. They even have the lobby decorated so cute for Christmas! The breakfast was excellent in selection and quality.

This is not a bad place, but it is on the lower end of Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in recently. It’s a newer building, so the ceilings are high, bathrooms and furniture are up to date, etc. But it doesn’t feel fresh and clean. The elevator was dirty and smelled of vomit. My room had a damp, moldy smell and a big, unpainted patch of spackle on the wall. Suspicious black stuff along all the crevices and corners in the shower. On the plus side, check in was friendly and efficient. I would look at one of the many other hotels in this area at this price point before staying here again.

Do not book this hotel. They do not clean the rooms. I had old molded food in the refrigerator! The room smelled like mildew and piss. I booked a king suite weeks ago and was given a dirty two bed room because they were all booked up. The maid supposedly cleaned the room but all she did was make the beds and spray air freshener. The bathroom had never been touched. It still looked like the picture I took when we first arrived. She didn't even remove the spoiled food out of the refrigerator. I had to find her in the hallway to ask her to remove the food. They don't have hot water. The staff will retaliate against you if you complain and try to charge you extra fees. Go stay at a nice Marriott hotel. This one ain't it!

Not up to the Hilton brand. Hampton Inn has always been our go to for many, many years. They are usually clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. This Hampton Inn is a mess. It needs a facelift. To start, we had no retractable shade. It was a piece of clothe that was cut and hung up with nails (picture 1). We had to use clips to hold it up. The furniture was banged up, the baseboard was a mess in the corner near the window (picture 2). The digital key didn’t work and front desk told me I’d have to use a card key. The shower curtain was about 18” too short (it was a walk in shower) so water got all over the floor. The plastic shower surround had many cracks in it. The grout around drain in the bathroom was completely gone and the toilet fittings were rusted. There was a laundry room just down the hall that we had to walk by and they kept the door open. In my opinion it should be kept closed. This was by far the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in.

We booked a king room with a sofa bed and upon arrival, we were told that there was no hot water in that room. We could downgrade to a two-queen room but no extra Hilton Points were to be given and no partial refund (since this was a less expensive room) would take place. Alternatively, we could cancel our reservation and go elsewhere. Given that it was late at night, we opted to stay. The next morning, at breakfast, the truck "had not arrived" so there were no eggs, no waffles, and no sausage or bacon. They had bagels, but no cream cheese. A staff member could have run to Winn-Dixie next door for some basics, but apparently, no one had thought of that. Even the coffee was lukewarm. The reason for more than one star is that the staff was nice enough, just not helpful, and the beds were comfortable, but we expect more than that out of a Hampton Inn. This is definitely the worst one we've visited.

I stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn at I-295 and Bayview while in the area on business. The hotel’s locations is excellent with many great restaurants near by and only about 10 minutes from St. John’s Towncenter. The King room was laid out nicely and was very comfortable. The stay overall wasn’t bad, but the hotel misses the mark on a number of little things. The elevator was partially broken where from the second floor you have to go up to get to the first floor. The gym was functional, but weight options were limited and the hand sanitizer was out. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The water in the shower struggled to stay lukewarm for more than a few minutes. The price per night was over $180 which was inflated by the nearby golf tournament. It was still ridiculous for this hotel. I found this to be an average experience overall and will not try to stay here on future trips to the area.

We we're traveling North Florida by car on college tours. I booked a one night stay here. I received a call at 5:30 pm on the day of check in that the a/c is not working. They offered me a discount rate of $99 or I can cancel without penalty since they had no other rooms available. I booked the room through my Hilton account at a charge of $124/ night before fees, so not much of a savings. And why is it they just learned of a faulty air system at 5:30pm?! I was told by other hotels that were also booked that something was going on in the area and most hotels were full. What a headache to have to search for last minute hotels at a reasonable price. Needless to say we stayed farther away than we had hoped, but we slept in a cold room.

The biggest hassle was the digital key did not work for the back door. Then, when I asked about it I was told to contact corporate. Do their job for them? NO - Then, the person said I checked in at the front desk. I pointed out that I used their app (specifically to avoid stupid folks....) and received the digital key. He then said it did not work on other doors. I asked him why as other hotels do have access with the digital key to entrance doors, elevators where required, and fitness or laundry centers. (I'm pretty sure he's never been anywhere else to use one.) Why have a digital key if you still have to go to the front desk for a key card to get into the hotel? I tried to get ice and the machine on my floor was not working, so I tried to call. My phone was not working. I went to the front desk and was told there was ice on my floor. I told her that's not true, would be nice to have a sign to let us know. There also is no safe in the room so I must take my valuables with me. Wish I had gone with another location.

Hello! Yes, we offer a great "Park, stay and go" cruise package. This includes parking for your car, overnight accommodations, and shuttle service to and from the cruise port. You will need to specifically book the "Park, stay and go" package upon making a reservation. Thank you!
Our shuttle runs in a 10 mile radius, and is based on availability. I'm not sure what "park" your referring to as there aren't any in Jacksonville Florida. Please contact the hotel for further inquiry.
