The room was perfect. The view from the room was not perfect but that was ok, customer service was ok. Employees were helpful and friendly. The pool was relaxing . It’s close to a really great Mexican dish restaurant.
Beds are so comfy, slept like a baby .

I stayed here for 4 nights for a friends baby shower and brought along some family for a quick vacation. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable for the most part, the beds are phenomenally comfortable, I slept like a rock! The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold with an attendant to serve the hot food so not everyone’s hands were in it. Close to my venue but a good 20 minute drive to downtown and other attractions. The only negatives were that we had to request housekeeping which was slightly uncomfortable, there was night time hallway noise, not sure what could be done about that, or the electronic buzzing coming from the console between the beds. Other than that, it was an overall great stay, I was helped by friendly staff when needed and the pool was nice, small but adequate.

We used this hotel as our base for a few days in the area. The hotel was clean and quiet. Had a Ruby Tuesdays, a cantina and a gas station w convenience store in parking lot. An hospital with an ER across the street and a short walk behind was a Walmart but we didnt hear noise.
The pool was outdoors and unheated, exercise area was small ie 4 people max. The breakfast hosts and food were very good and attentive so we started each day with a variety of options and they did rotate items as we were there 4 nights...ie scrambled eggs, western omellettes, cheese omelettes and varied pork products, 2 types of begian waffles each day, excellent oatmeal then the usuals yogurts, fruits, cereals, juices, breads. Etc.
Would stay here again not a downtown hotel but lively enough for us and close to highways.

The staff had poor customer service and clearly needed to be trained at the front desk. I did my reservation through booking.com which allows you to pay at the location and I was charged three days prior and when I called to clarify I was given much attitude until it’s the hotels discretion and they can do what they want. And then come to find out this in the email to the manager making me out to be a bad customer before I get there because I’m concerned about my own personal money. And then throughout my day they continue to charge my card I was charged twice and then overcharged then I was charged two more additional times and charge miscellaneous fees for no reason and also did not receive great customer service which is one big thing for me

I booked a night at this Hampton Inn because I was going on a cruise the following day. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk attendant Chris. He welcomed me and checked me in. Once I made it to my room, I noticed that the sheets on the bed didn't look clean. I went back to the desk to let Chris know. He told me that he would switch me to another room. He tried to do so but ran into a few problems with the computer. At this point, it was late and I was super tired so I asked for new sheets and volunteered to change the sheets myself. I was given the sheets/comforter and changed the bed and got the rest I needed. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and in a great location and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Motel does not offer housekeeping service if you are staying more than one night unless you request it. Should be the other way around. They expect you to put your towels and trash in the hallway and go to the front desk to get clean towels and they want you to believe they are doing you a favor by not “disturbing you” Yeah right!

I stayed here 2 weeks ago for the weekend. I arrived later than anticipated but my room was not what I asked for on the Digital checkin. I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and he was able to adjust my room and get me what I originally asked for. He was professional and courteous! My room was perfect! It was clean, roomy and comfortable! The breakfast was good but the only negative thing I saw was very limited seating in this area, but overall, good breakfast with a good variety of food. Small gym area and nice pool area. Plenty of parking and located near major roadways. Nice stop and would stay again.

We stayed here one night in late December before departing on a cruise. As a Hilton Honors member, I chose the rooms for our group, and chose what appeared to be adjoining rooms on the third floor. (311-313). When we got to the hotel, I was informed they did not adjoin. Not a big deal, but just know the hotel floor map can be deceiving. They were very accommodating in getting us into rooms early, as we arrived well before check-in time. The outdoor pool was very brisk, which was a little disappointing. They do not have an in-house shuttle service, but have a 3rd party contact to get a hold of. Cost from airport was $10 per person, and cost to cruise port was $8 per person. Leroy rocks!! The room (501) was average, but the bathroom had some moisture challenges. There was no fan in the bathroom, which would have helped a lot. The barn door style sliding bathroom door caused some concern because people could see in at the edges. Ours did not lock at all. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Evening staff are great considering short staff had a issue she tried to fix it. The morning staff forget it I addressed a issue from the night before the gal brushed me off. After having the issue from the hotel calling corporate still haven’t gotten a response from management yet Hilton property has dropped the ball at this location
