Micheal is amazing and really enjoys what he does. He gave us complimentary bottles of wine throughout our stay, and made my birthday special. Definitely coming back to cassa, staff is great, rooms are wonderful, and the rooftop is open 24/7 with stunning views.
We started our 3 week trip at this hotel not really knowing what to expect. Took an hour from JFK .

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Honestly, NYC is just dang expensive. To me, for the price, I do think we could have found a little higher end place. The rooms were very nice, and the service amazing. The elevator and hallways were something they had obviously tried to rehab. It did work for me and my 18 y/o son because we aren’t that picky. If you are looking for a Vegas style luxury hotel, this is not your place. That being said, I don’t have enough NYC experience to know if that even exists.
