The hotel is well-situated on a side street. It was clean and comfortable, with good pillows! It was somewhat on the small side - though that is not unusual for the city. My room offered a lovely city view (an extra cost). Check in was pleasant. Would probably stay there again.
Upon arrival to this beautiful hotel we were welcomed by amazing staff Aaron and Arthur. The hotel is so pleasant and extremely clean with a great modern twist. The hospitality of Arthur and Aaron are above and beyond from the minute we entered the hotel lobby. They met and exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived to this hotel. All respect for these guys at the reception , they are doing an amazing job here , a true sample of hospitality. Will definitely write another review for the hotel , since we just checked in, but definitely wanted to give my highest thanks to these guys after my warmest welcome here ! Excellent hotel with the amazing staff!
Affordable but also very nice rooms the view is alright and the rooms are small but very clean, the staff was great everyone was super nice and helpful especially Trigal and the manager Sidney when we needed to extend our stay😄 we will definitely be back
The hotel has a clean and modern appearance and is located close to Times Square with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The hotel lounge and bar area seems to be available for use by students (I think they were students) who hang around doing work on their laptops. The rooms are, however, very very small. There was no storage space for our luggage (mine remained in the case on the floor for the week and I stepped over the case to get around the room). This wasn’t a major issue for me though. I had an issue with the bedside power outlets which did not work, nor did they work on the wall near the mirror either. It would have also been nice if hotel services were included routinely given the price. We were informed on check in that the rooms are not cleaned and bedding or towels aren’t changed unless requested each day. Oh, and room service does not deliver any alcoholic beverages, only food and soft drinks. That’s not a big deal but worth mentioning. As this was my first time in NYC I was constantly out and the hotel really was just somewhere to sleep so the hotel issues didn’t seem as big as they would have otherwise been.…
The property was beautiful. During check in there were some complications with our reservations that we didn’t really understand. But, thanks again to Marie because after we went up there again, she explained everything perfectly! 4/5 because I wish valet parking had in/out privileges.
