Rooms are as shown in the pictures. Are really small but nice. The location is excelent and the walking tours the hotel provide are great. The only cons is that the cleaning service is only set every 3 days and we realize about it at checkin. Also they never told us that we need to ask for it one day before, so if you don’t do it your room will be dirty for 4 days.

We had a lovely stay! The rooms are small but neat. The bed is super comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Abd then the location: perfect! Close to some great restaurants, the subway, Times Square etc. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed 5 nights on my own, Good location near times square. I booked a bunk bed because it was cheaper , but I was given a queen room instead for the same price , better for me as I was travelling alone. My room was clean and comfy. The only thing missing it's a small fridge but there is no much room for it. As I was staying on my own the room size was ok , for two people perhaps a little small . It puzzles me the bathroom has that type of walls , almost see through , not much privacy if you are staying with another person . The room doesn't;t get cleaned unless you ask for it. I didn't ask because I don't make any mess. The elevators are a bit confusing at first. You need to take two separate ones, one from street to lobby and another one from lobby to your room . I was on floor 16, I could see the Empire State building . There is no option for breakfast . There is a storage room if you want to leave your luggage before leaving …

Excellent location. Perfect for a single person. Close to everything, but quiet and removed from Times Square insanity! Excellent staff! Needs some housekeeping tweaks! Neighborhood full of restaurants and food choices of all types! Great access to Off Broadway theaters! And once again, a GREAT staff!
