We travelled for a Space Center Launch and chose this Fairfield Inn due to good reviews. Very happy we did. It’s close to the Space Center , clean, updated and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was a good range of food we expect , bread & bagels, cereal, fruit , yogurt , and a waffle maker.
We added a day to our trip before arriving , and due to my own booking , we stayed in two different rooms. One was with two queen beds. We moved the next day to a king suite. I can attest to how clean and comfortable this Fairfield was.
We walked a few steps to Cracker Barrel the first night and drove across the street to Durango’s steakhouse the next night. After walking and touring all day, we were well rested. We will definitely return.
The breakfast was a good range of food we expect , bread & bagels, cereal, fruit , yogurt , and a waffle maker.

Our stay was fine. They offer a free hot breakfast buffet. My only issue was that they charge a $5 daily parking fee. While this certainly didn't break the bank, this was the only hotel on our sightseeing trip to Savannah & Florida that didn't offer free parking. I saw the General Manager recently post that they wanted to discourage non-guests from using their lot because of "our neighboring hotels sending overflow to our lot at times..." Well, how about posting a sign outside saying non-guest vehicles will be towed? You could provide a paper decal for guests to put on their dashboard. If this was not there & you didn't have their license place listed in your records, you could have the vehicle towed. If you did this a few times, it would not be long before other hotels would be telling their guests NOT to park in your hotel parking lot. Why should YOUR guests be penalized by other people's possible bad behavior?

The room was ready and sparkling clean The pool had lots of bugs in it and when we asked the front desk to turn the pool pump on they did not we cleaned it ourselves. No one told us that the room is not cleaned daily pee the COVID restrictions to having housekeeping enter a room other than to prepare it for you and preparing it after you leave. We were not told about this and we’re shocked to see the beds unmade and towels still wet and when we told the desk they told us to put trash cans and used towels in the hall. We did get a bag filled with clean towels. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Passing through on our way to Riviera Beach
The hotel is a little dated and the room could have been better maintained
We were surprised to see that there is a $5.00 charge to park. Parking fees are not uncommon in downtown or highly congested areas, but this is right off the interstate next to a large Cracker Barrel. We were told that the property has very limited parking, I believe only a few spots in addition above the number of rooms. This was probably true as we checked in at about 5:30 on a Monday evening and I think we got the last parking spot. The real issue we had however is when it came to breakfast. I went down about 7:45 to get coffee to bring back to our room and there was a nice size group of people there. My wife and I came down to eat about 8:10 to find a few people there and half the food put away already, and most of the rest picked over. As we got more coffee quite a few people showed up and a couple seeing the lack of breakfast offering stopped a gentleman who worked there and inquired about re-filling the breakfast. He said something about "Statistically few people eat breakfast on Mondays so we close down breakfast early" WHAT? That was just a ridiculous statement. Anyway, needless to say we will not be returning.

Hello PapaLou0211, Thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts with us. We do charge a parking fee and provide parking passed due to our neighboring hotels sending overflow to our lot at times, causing our guests issues with our already limited parking. Forgive me for asking, but are you sure you have right hotel regarding your breakfast experience? You state that you checked in Monday night, but had this experience with breakfast on Monday morning. I'm sorry for being a bit confused.We never close breakfast early, and we strictly adhere to Marriott's standard hours. There may have been a few minutes when items were low, as it takes a bit to cook the items in our convection oven and sometimes there are more people eating than we are capable of keeping up with. I spoke with our staff, just in case and the confirmed that breakfast NEVER closes early. We would love to hear more if you would like to share. Please contact myself or the Assistant Manager at the hotel, and we would be glad to hear more details about your stay.

The location of the hotel is good especially if you are visiting the space center. What I did not like is that I did not get the room I reserved (I did the reservation through bookings.com and, as I later found out, it was up to the hotel to assign the room). The room was clean, but the one we stayed in # 127 was right across the door that lead to the staircase and it was very noisy, even at night and early morning (every time somebody opened the door, we could not really get a good night sleep). The staff was friendly and the grab-to-go breakfast was decent.

Bed was comfortable and room was surprisingly quiet. The shower was the best pressure and controls of any hotel we’ve stayed at in a long while. The breakfast was extremely limited and very poor. Almost nothing for egg free people. Our second day there was leftovers from the previous day- dry, overcooked and stale. No coffee creamer in the pitchers, no one to ask and no whole milk for coffee or cereal. No nightlight.

Front desk staff are rather stoic, not welcoming or friendly. Beds are ok and the rooms are clean . Housekeeping staff were courteous, and welcoming, and helpful. Got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was trying, “Barbara “ was quick to point out that breakfast was over at 09:30 ....and not 09:31. Eat early, nothing is replenished after 09:00. Barbara let’s it run down til the choices are very limited. There were no biscuits or bacon ,1 grape in the fruit section, no bananas. True there was food, but very limited. It was like a breakfast at a low budget hotel cereal and toast and bagels and yogurt and stale pastries. Very disappointing. Several guests requested items but like me were told that the service ended in less than 30 minutes. If a good breakfast is important, eat EARLY .

The hotel was very clean and had taken appropriate measures to keep its guests safe and informed of the requirements due to COVID. Breakfast was very limited but that is in direct correlation to the measures the hotel needed to take. We only stayed the night and did not use the rest of the facilities but everything we did encounter was very good. I was able to check-in on my phone which is a good feature to have. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our air conditioner was super cold which you need in Florida and the parking was ample. It was located close to many restaurants making it easy to find a place for everyone.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, they were able to get us into a room early since our flights were all changed and we were exhausted from traveling, and our luggage never came in with our flight. The hotel was clean, organized, and comfortable. The lady preparing the breakfast was friendly and provided recommendations for things to do/see in the area. If we are ever back in the area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the Fairfield in Titusville the night before our Port Canaveral cruise. We did a sleep and park package with Goport which included our hotel stay, parking while on the cruise, and transportation to and from our car to the cruise ship.
The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very nice. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausages and waffles. The hostess in the breakfast bar, Barbara was very helpful and nice. This will be our go to hotel in the future for Port Canaveral cruises.
