Wrote this place a good review last year following our first visit and was excited to visit again this summer. Once again Dan, Mimi and Mickey the dog :) treated us like family and took exceptional care of us. We enjoyed using the kitchenette in our room, we loved the modern and spacious restrooms and enjoyed chatting with other guests and the owners as we came and went to the beach. I like Titusville more and more each time I visit, we recommend this awesome motel!

We enjoyed another great stay at Siesta Motor Inn this week. Once again Dan treated us like family, we enjoyed the beaches of Titusville and loved relaxing at the end of the day in our motel room. We stayed in 14 and 15 during our 4 day stay with family. Cannot recommend this place enough, the people make it feel like home. Thank you Dan!

Mimi and Dan went out of their way to make sure a friend and I were pleased with everything about our room. We had an efficiency that had a stove , half fridge, pots, dishes - just everything we needed to make our stay perfect.We like the fact that we could pull right up to the door and unpack. The shower and bathroom were fine and I really liked the new white towels. If we wanted them replaced we just needed to leave them outside and they would be. No one went into the room. We had a hard time making sure our room was confirmed, but it was and once there - like I said - perfect for our needs. You can be sure this will our first choice when we find ourselves in Titusville again. ( They have a laundry room if you need to do some as well. We didn't but I am glad to know this)

The most disgusting dirty motel or hotel that i have ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy with mold on the shower curtain . what amazed me the most is that there was about half an inch of standing water on the shower floor. That is the most unhygienic thing for any new customer to have to deal with when taking a shower. nothing it seems was done to fix the shower floor so that it would drain properly… unbelievable! The fan blades had thick dirt on them. i had to sleep under those spinning fans at night. the one light at my bedside had a bad short .. i had to hit the base of the lamp to turn it on. at one point i heard an electric spark go off. . the tv remote didn’t work and i had to unplug it from the wall to turn it off. the microwave was disgusting, dirty, and had rust spots. the wall unit AC was fixed at 75 degrees and i could not control the temperature. outside my door on the walkway to my room was an ashtray filled with dozens of cigarette butts and an empty soda can which was not cleaned or removed during the 3 days i was there. when i left i realized that i did not have my drivers license. it turns out the manager had left it in the copy machine when i checked in and forgot to give it back to me. i had to make a U turn on the freeway and drive back for half an hour to get my license back. I am not exaggerating with the details of my review and have video proof of all of it. definitely stay away from this disgusting rat hole of a motel!!!

Wanted to do an over night to see a launch. Found this mom and pop motel perfect place to watch the launch ….we had to change our date 5 times due to launch and owners were so kind to accommodate our needs. This was so refreshing to have owners meet you upon arrival, welcoming you to their little piece of heaven….rooms were clean, small frig, microwave, Keurig, every thing you need for an overnighter….also close to shopping , restaurants, etc……Price is right Too❤️

If not for a few forgotten housekeeping items, we would give this five stars. Comfortable bed, clean and crisp sheets, convenient location for trips over to Merritt Island Refuge and restaurants, very homey feel, and fabulously friendly hosts. Two housekeeping items that bothered me were dirty fan blades and moldy corners of shower curtain. I’m picky. We would definitely stay here again; I’ll just bring my own Mr. Clean.

The owners were so amazing. We arrived a little early due to the rocket launch, only to find out that it had been postponed. We arrived at the hotel, and was told the room wasn't ready yet, but they will call as soon as it is. It wasn't even an hour later we got the call we could come check in.
Once we got home we were already in discussion about our next couples getaway, and we booked again for a longer stay just to enjoy the area all over again.
Definitely would recommend!!!

A small (15 units) motor inn on US 1 that harkens back to the 60s but with the necessities of the new millennium. Dan and his wife have saved a piece of America that is too quickly turned to rubble only to be replaced by cookie cutter commercial development. My unit (#5) had two double beds, free wifi, a large flat screen tv (hung a bit crooked) with many cable channels, and an attached kitchen area that included a real oven. No nasty carpet, but large white tiles on the floor. The ceiling fan was a nice touch. The room was clean and inviting on my check in. The bathroom has been upgraded with new porcelain with the exception of the bathtub, which is why I cant give it 5 stars. Help support small entrepreneurship by staying at the Siesta if you are cruising this part of the FL coast.

Great little motel for my one night stay. The owners were very nice and helpful. I was on a photo shoot on Merritt island and this is quite close. There's a Taco bell next door and other restaurants near by. I'll be back!

I absolutely love this motor lodge, right across the street from the Indian River (unobstructed view). It reminds me of the lodging available to families in my childhood. It is run by a lovely retired couple who excel at customer service. It is spotlessly clean, neat, nicely landscaped...and has an excellent view of the launch pads at the Kennedy Space Center. This past week my grandson and I walked across and watched the SpaceX launch...amazing! There is a coffee in room, picnic table outside, large flat screen tv, free internet, very nice kitchenette with large table, and a VERY low price...just perfect! I highly recommend this little gem!
