I really like this chain. We have been in Club Quarters in Chicago, Boston and New York and they consistently good. The restaurant on the side Elephant and Castle is very good, convenient, and reasonable in prices. Rooms always clean and in good condition. Contactless check in and out is quite clever.
This hotel is located in the financial district of downtown Boston and is centrally located for discovering this lovely city. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The free coffee and refill bottled water facilities were brilliant. The restaurant / bar next door was very nice and provided good value and quality food and drink. The only disappointment was that our room was a bit dated and in need of refurbishment, but the bed was very comfortable. So, we'll worth the stay on the whole.
Brilliant staff who were very helpful. Lovely free coffee and drinking water facilities. Location excellent. Room was a bit tired and needs refurbished, but the bed was comfortable and there was a nice coffee pod machine.
Unclean bathroom with leaking water in shower that was from floor above. Needs to be updated. The pillows are flat and the bed mattress was uncomfortable. Great location and able to walk to most locations in the city.
Great location to tour Boston. Staff was very friendly, but not do speedy. Our room was clean, but small, really, really small. I wasn't expecting a large room, but our minimal luggage barely fit. There was no room to hang our towels, but fresh towels were not provided unless requested. For the price we paid I expected much more in the comfort of the room and amenities.
This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Old State House / Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market, and 2 subway "T" stations, making it a perfect base for site-seeing. The rooms are small but the space is utilized smartly and it is very clean. The carpet looked wonderful, the shower head was shiny / spotless and the drains worked perfectly. All 4 adults in our 2 rooms loved the beds, and the sheets were a higher thread count and seemed crisp and new. There was an unlimited supply of bottles for the purified, filtered, cold water available on each floor, and our family drinks LOTS of water. We never had to adjust the thermostat the entire trip, and we never heard any air conditioning unit or felt air blowing in our faces. The staff was friendly and prompt to our requests. This will be our future base in Boston!…
My husband and I stayed overnight with our Granddaughter who we had just picked up from Logan Airport. Location was fabulous. Room very clean and nice. Wonderful shower! We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Elephant and Castle which adjoins the hotel. Customer service was excellent and friendly.
Perfect location for exploring downtown Boston; everything you would want to see, eat, or do is within walking distance. Rooms are on the smaller side but provide the basics. If you're exploring Boston for the first time or traveling for work; you'll find this to be a great fit.
Staff were pleasant. Room was mediocre and service was poor once checked in. Advertised as a 1 bedroom suite but was one room with a bed and sofa bed in the same room. We booked believing it to have a separate bedroom!! The old fashioned bathroom was tiny with a small shower with shower curtain. We booked the “suite” for 4 people, but towels were provided for 2 people and there was no bed linen or pillows for the sofa bed. We called down that evening to ask for towels, pillows and bed linen and had to continually chase up and it took an hour for these to be provided. Not good when you are tired and want to go to bed! There was no explanation as to the delay. On check out we left luggage and were advised to leave 10 minutes on our return for our luggage to be retrieved. Luckily we returned in good time to collect our luggage as after waiting more than 25 minutes we had to go to reception and ask again for the luggage. Another 10 minutes passed before it came - others had been waiting longer. So, beware of your timing if you need this service. An expensive nights stay and a very poor experience overall. We will not be back nor would we recommend to others.…
The rate between price and performance is not right at all. The costs, which we paid for the use of a mini room were exorbitant. In return no service was offered (no regfrigerator, no mini-bar, no kettle, no room cleaning (we stayed for one week!), neither stationery. We probably would have been better off in a hostel. And to top it all off we are still waiting (since more than 10 days) for our reservation to be released on the credit card (and it is a larger amount). Surprisingly, the actual cost of the room was charged immediately. We can recommend this hotel only because of the location. Apart from that, you can't expect much.
