We arrived and got greeted immediately and given all information needed for our stay! Everything was beyond comfortable! Ranalda gave us points and was extremely polite! Definitely will come back for another stay!
Fantastic hotel from beginning to end. Very clean. Nice size rooms - actually very spacious for a city hotel. Super close to Faneuil Hall and so many great downtown sites. Best of all was the door man, Ed, with the fantastic warm fur hat. We felt taken care of with his great customer service skills. Thanks for a great stay!
We are from NJ and just returned. I wasn't expecting to have such great customer service. All the staff were amazing! Also, peple have complained about rooms being hot, we never had that issue at all!. We stayed in a king suite, and wow it was huge! Our daughter slept in suite area on pull out, and we had the king in a separate room with a door. The actual bedroom was huge too! Amazng view on 15th floor, we had about 6 windows! Fin Point restaurant there is awesome! Great food , modern decor, and not too loud or crowded . Pizzas were excellent! Awesome location great walking distance to just about eveything! Dunkin donuts and Kane Donuts right there around the corner. The Tradesman in the hotel looked great too! No issues with complimentary water, and valet for them to park your car was fast, efficient, and around $57 a day. They had clean beautiful gym, and really cute lounge area in the hotel . For the price it was worth it! Also, amazing with food allergies . Thank you! We would come back!…
1. Horrible stay for myself & friend in two rooms. We stayed one night & were both woken up before 9am by housekeeping. I was again woken @ 9:35 by the same person then she walked into my room while I was in the shower & just looked at me. My friend had the sign on her door the whole time yet she had the same problem. I told her the first time we are checking out @ 11:00 & she said OK. I have never had someone knocking on my door before 9am on a one night stay ever. The sink in my room did not drain & the whole room was not clean. The bathroom was also out dated. The TV kept turning itself off while we tried watching the Avs’s playoff game. No one ever came to fix it. My friend had the same problem except along with a dirty room she had mold all around her bath tub. The soda machines were not working so I walked down to the floor below yet all the doors were locked inside the fire stairwell so I had to walk down 15 floors out into the street with only shorts & a t shirt. Apparently there was a problem with the locks & the hotel keys weren’t working. I stay in 30-40 hotels a year & have never ever been locked in a fire stairwell. The people at the front desk when we checked in were nice & gave me 2 free soda’s for having to walk down 15 floors & out into the street with next to nothing on. The staff the next morning not so nice to either one of us. I ate two meals, the dinner was good yet the breakfast was cold & the bacon & toast was burnt beyond eating. I tried leaving a review on there website yet apparently 10 days is too long to be allowed to make a review. No one ever called me back from the hotel from calling twice & I would not suggest ever staying at this hotel. $1,500.00 for 2 rooms for one night should at least get you a clean room with no mold & sinks that drain, a working tv, good room service(if available), not lock you in a stairwell & return a phone call. I was very nice on the phone & there was no reason not to return my call with the exception they do not care about customer service or there customers. The ONLY good part of the hotel was the bellman who helped with our bags when we left. He had great stories told by a true Boston native that had us both laughing all the way to Logan Airport. Other then him the hotel sucked.…
I was amazed with the level of service that employees provided. I would like to say thank you to Lotfi and Morouane for helping me with parking options and room that worked out perfectly for me. It is very important to have the right people at the hotel solving problems for travelers.
I stay at this hotel frequently as I have friends in the area that I visit. Jack and Lotfi at the front desk are the most professional and helpful staff. I always get the best service! I highly recommend them and this hotel.
As a Hilton rewards member, I choose the convenient keyless entry to my room so I avoid having to check in at the front desk. The bellhops that we spoke with in front of this historical hotel were nice and accommodating and answered any questions we had. For security reasons, you have to use your keycard or phone to access the elevator which was a nice safety feature. The room was spacious and was cleaned with fresh towels each day. Another nice feature was the windows in the room opened slightly to allow a nice breeze, a feature many hotels no longer use. The best part of this hotel is the location. We were a 5-10 minute walk from most everything we did (Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the wharf or harbor, restaurants, etc.) This hotel is also a stop for the bus ride to take you to the ferry in Cape Cod for Martha's Vineyard which was a plus!…
This is a very convenient location and every staff person we engaged with were pleasant and helpful. But the rooms are dated (some tiles should be addressed in the shower in our room) and the AC was not very efficient. We called as we had the AC turned down low and the temperature was rising (74), and someone was at our door in less than 10 minutes - he spent about 20 minutes with the unit and also replaced the air filter which was in dire need. That did help but we had the AC turned to 64 to get to 71 and that took most of the evening. That being said, the location can't be beat, nor the staff. And fortunately the young adults in the adjoining room returned at 2:30 and settled down by 3am without being obnoxiously raucous in the interim, so that was a relief.
My husband and I just returned from several days at the Hilton Faneuil Hall to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and we're so happy we chose this property for our celebration. Every member of the staff welcomed us warmly and offered to help with anything we needed (shout-out to Evander for his tips on using the commuter train to get to Concord!). We cannot say enough about Keith at the concierge desk for helping to make our week extra special; every suggestion he made was spot-on, and we truly appreciated the special touches he added to our stay. Our room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the location was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend this hotel!
I stay at this hotel one-to-three times a month for work. It's the only hotel that I stay at when I am traveling to Boston due to the service I receive from the front desk, notably Lotfi Mokrane. He always personally welcomes me when I arrive and checks in with me from time-to-time during my stay to ensure that everything is satisfactory. It is nice to be consistently treated as a valued guest in a world where the quality of service seems to have been diminished elsewhere. The hotel also offers a wonderful coffee shop with great breakfast options as well as a welcoming bar and restaurant with great lunch and dinner options. I highly recommend this property.
