An excellent venue for a wedding especially with out of town guests. Perfectly located to explore sites which are known to Ma. However, if arriving before 5 pm, nothing available until then to grab a bite/ snack within the hotel.
Don't look here for elite benefits unless you highly value that free bottle of water! My 3rd floor room (I requested a high floor as an elite Hyatt member) faced rooftop air-conditioning/electrical units. They refused an upgrade because "the hotel is full," even though rooms were available on hyatt.com. Hotel is an inconvenient shuttle ride away from the terminals, but the airport Hilton is connected to the airport via walkway. Restaurant is overcrowded & understaffed. Front desk staff couldn't care less about customer service. Room featured stained carpets & walls. Stay at the Hilton or Seaport area instead.
The Boston Hyatt Regency hotel is located in a beautiful harborside area with great views of Boston downtown across the harbor. The restaurant was located with harbor views and great food. Staff was very responsive and professional. Room was clean and comfortable for business travelers needed areas to unwind and work on computer.
Only an overnighter at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. Last minute booking, but was able to get a good room price, and they have a free shuttle to the airport. Great, clean rooms and the restaurant for dinner was very good, exceptional in my opinion. Helpful staff and will stay here again for future trips to Boston, MA.
I enjoyed my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. A welcoming staff who gave exceptional service in every area Front Desk, Food Beverage - Wait, Housekeeping, Shuttle and Hotel Concierge Staffs made my stay a pleasant one! Location is quiet, yet with close proximity to Logan Airport and Downton Financial (accessed via water taxi) Looking forward to another stay at this property during my next trip to Boston.
We desperately needed a place to rest. We had to pay the price of last minute planning. There was no desire to accommodate or help. Take it or leave it. There was no need to try to secure a better price. The person checking us in simply had no time to help us look for a better rate. No US Government, No AAA, no Seniors discount.
Sadly the hotel aircon (not the room one) causes an annoying droning the whole night. Basically there is no escaping it (Staff: well, some rooms are a little bit better but this house is old *shrug*). After a room change I tried sleeping with earplugs which helped, but thats not really how things should be. Compared to the aircon, the airport next to it is quiet ^^
We loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. The water taxi into downtown Boston was both fun and convenient. We appreciated the free shuttle bus to the T stop and airport. Views of Boston Harbor are amazing!
We stayed at the Hyatt to both celebrate my husband's birthday and to take advantage of the shuttle to the airport. They did not deliver appropriately on either. The reservation for the hotel and the hotel restaurant was made weeks in advance. Our restaurant reservation was abruptly canceled the day of for lack of staff. I had no place to take my husband for his birthday as there are zero restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Zero care was expressed by hotel staff that we had no place to celebrate his birthday. The shuttle was late and completely full. We were told that it came every five minutes. It is actually every 20 minutes. Apparently, I missed the 4:00am one which left at 3:57am, according to the driver. I had to wait for the 4:21 one and it made me late meeting my team. No happy!…
nice room, one place to eat in hotel. Have to Uber or take a taxi to get downtown Boston, became expensive. If I would have checked the location of hotel prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere downtown.
