There is not a BAD thing to say about the OMNI PARKER HOUSE. From check in to check out it was absolutely amazing. We had an executive room, which was pretty large, it had a king bed, sofa bed, nice big bathroom. Then we decided to stay an extra night, and we were upgraded to a suite, The Mayor Menino suite, which was a 2 room suite, with a living area,and a seperate bed room, it was absolutely wonderful, really large room with everything you needed. They DID have housekeeping Daily, I know some of the hotels are only on request, but the OMNI was there daily.The staff was GREAT, extremely friendly, always saying GOOD MORNING when they saw you, and greeting you when you returned. I do have to say an extra shout out to 2 of the front end workers. ALLISON, and JEFF, I believe Jeff was a manager, they did everything they could to help us and to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. I cannot say enough about those 2. We only live an hour away from the city, but we do frequent it often., always trying a different place to see what they arelike, but from now on we are keeping with the OMNI. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, there is always someone cleaning, its just amazing. If you want grade A service, PLEASE check out The OMNI PARKER house. A hidden gem in the middle of DOWNTOWN CROSSING Boston. Any questions, you can ask away. Thanks

My wife and I decided to venture into Boston last weekend for a quick staycation. We did our research and landed on the Omni Parker House. We were immediately blown away by the amount of care and concern the entire team had about cleanliness and safety. The place was immaculate and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs. Everyone had a smile on their face and greeted us like royalty! Specifically, the agent on at the time of check-in saw us walking to dinner later on in the evening and went out of his way to greet us by name and to ask if we needed any assistance. I was so impressed that he remembered us by name!! I know it’s simple, but that’s what makes the difference. Next time we will bring the kids now that we have seen the Omni’s dedication to providing a clean and safe hotel. Thanks again for making a last minute trip so memorable!

We booked a room for 4 people (paid additional 25$ for the fourth person) for 6 nights. Unfortunately, the room was ridiculously small. We couldn’t keep all our luggage open at the same time. There was no space for walking around the room, etc. There is no way this room is intended for 4 people. In top of that, the room was dirty and bathroom conditions were deplorable. We contacted the front desk asking for another room which they offered only if we pay for the upgrade to a bigger room. I didn’t accept to pay more so we decided to look for another hotel. After two nights I checked out not without arguing with the attendant who tried to charge me an additional night as a penalty because we were leaving earlier....off course I refused. I have stayed in other Omni Hotels before (I am a Select member), but after this experience, I will not stay in any Omni Hotel anymore.

I was most disappointed that no in-house dining options are available right now but there are a lot of offsite outlets for food nearby. The public areas of the hotel are a bit more striking and beautiful than the rooms themselves. The bathroom sink is not conducive to laying out a lot of your personal items. I liked that the amenities were Nest brand. My room was very small but I could do work from the desk comfortably and was out on a specially dedicated quiet floor per request which made me very happy. Prices are favorable right now and the location is excellent. Recommended.

Stayed one night. Very COVID conscience. No restaurants on site open but with the multitude of options all within walking distance, you harm no foul. Room was clean and quiet. Always a solid bet when in Boston for a wonderful stay.
