The hotel was perfect and really well located. We had such a great stay. The staff particularly Sean is awesome and really friendly. We will be there just for one night but was so perfect for us, we went to the neil diamond musical and was so close to the hotel.
The room was perfect! The hotel is really well located. Couldn't ask for better. We had such a great time The staff is awesome and really friendly :) Room was quiet. The bathroom was modern and the staff suggestions were really on point
My fiancé and I chose Found Hotel on a whim due to the affordable price and central location in Boston. We couldn’t have gotten luckier with this hotel! From the start the manager, Sean, gave us recommendation after recommendation that elevated our trip and truly made it unique. The hotel room was perfect and exactly what we needed for a weekend trip away. The location is wonderful, no more than a 20 minute walk away from anything and about 7 minutes from public transportation. We’ll definitely be back to Boston and we would absolutely stay here again!!
Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. This overpriced coop with pigeon-sized rooms was designed to cash in on people who have no luggage, no need to sleep and are hard of hearing. It was impossible to sleep here with non-stop noise from the street and inside the hotel. The $420/night reserved "double" room (roughly 2.1 m x 2.8m or 7ft x 9ft) had a bed barely bigger than a twin sized bed with no closets, and only enough room to open a suitcase when the door was shut. It was located right next to the reception desk (roughly 3m/12ft) from the end of the bed across a narrow open hallway, with no noise insulation and constant noise during the night. We hear every guest arriving, every phone reservation being made and every mobile phone alert the receptionist received. The room had no window, as the bed unit blocked the existing window completely. This would appear to be out of code with state building standards. The only window that could be opened was in the bathroom area which had to be kept closed due to the very noisy street, due to nearby nightclubs. This room or any located near the reception should not be rented, but rather used as storage space. The bathroom was the only place to hang anything against the shower door, but you need to bring your own hangers. When we complained about the room and the impossibility to rest, the manager failed to accept that there was a problem and never offered an apology or any sort of refund, being fully aware of the condition of the main floor rooms. He used the same tactic when the reservation platform reached out to him with proof of decibel levels from the room and photo proof attesting to the condition of the room. Veer away from this greedy trap.…
This hotel has a good location - 2 blocks from Boston Common and not far from Beacon Hill area. However that is about it as far as positive comments. Whilst the staff on reception were friendly and warm, the hotel was not very well equipped (no toilet facilities for example in the reception area), no bar and no restaurant area. The room was an ok size and the bathroom was very clean, but the bedroom needed a good vacuum as did the corridors and stairways. There was a lot of litter and dirt in the lobbies and stairways which lay there unremoved for the whole time we were there.
Great location and interesting/convenient layout of room with two beds and a curtain separation. Shawn, the Manager was great and very helpful. One minor point is that towels and sheets could have been changed over 4 night stay. The bank holiday weekend meant that they were overwhelmed in that department. But was not a major issue. Will defer Stell stay there the next time.
without a doubt the stay was magnificent product of the reception boy. His charisma, good treatment, good presence, respect and service made the stay much more beautiful. The hotel is really very nice, one of the first in the city. the city is beautiful and worth visiting. and if on top of that you find yourself with such an incredible reception, your stay will be even better. recommended!
Found Hotel has the most amazing staff. Our family had three rooms in the hotel for a graduation weekend and we all agreed that Sean at the front desk made Found Hotel the best place to stay in the city. He was helpful, welcoming and always made us feel like we were coming home after a night out. The rooms at this hotel might be on the smaller side but the personal care and attention you receive from the staff makes you feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort with your own personal butler. Thanks Sean for always meeting us at the door with a big “Hello”.
Fabulous location, we could walk to all the key parts of the city. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean (all we missed was a kettle!) Sean, Valerie and Bryan could not have done more for us; their recommendations for restaurants and things to do were spot on. We spent 6 nights here and now that we’re back home we’re already looking to book our next stay!
The hotel is on a quiet street within a short walk to theaters, restaurants, the public garden and public transportation. Our room was small but we weren't there to hang out in the room. It was immaculate with all the amenities that anyone might need. We would happily return there again.
