This hotel is really one of the better in the area. Everthing was clean. Staff were helpful and happy. People said thank you. Cleaning staff agreeable and efficient. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the restaurant menu. Not too much to choose from and a little pricey. But even there the staff were nice and pleasant.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport in mid-July and we could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the food was great, the location was convenient, and the service was exceptional. Kathy at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating, but everyone on staff was delightful. It was an easy 7-minute walk to the train station on the blue line and just a few stops to Aquarium and State Street. It was so easy to get around on the T, and so convenient to leave our car at the hotel and not have to pay for parking. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport for anyone looking to visit Boston but wanting accommodations that are affordable, convenient to the airport, and convenient for driving to the city.

We stayed here for 2 nights before returning home. Parked our car and used the Boston “T” which is under a 10 minute walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

A great stay with the wife @Hilton Garden Inn boston as always. Front desk is incredible always a great breakfast but this time we had an added treat and booked an overdue trip to Orlando. Leanna was very friendly knowledgeable and not the pushy salesy type. Very good experience.

This is our 6th hotel in a 15 day trip- one of the best! Everyone, from the desk to the housekeeping staff, is so friendly, and willing to help with anything. They have a shuttle to the airport, and will call you a cab for going somewhere else. Only knock- bed is on a wood platform, that you might hit your knee on. Limited but good menu for breakfast and dinner, fabulous pillows!

We were stopping over just for the evening and the location was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable room, decent restaurant in house, and close enough to the city. Front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming. The airport shuttle was a great perk but we did experience a long wait for it at the airport which led to a full bus of hot and irritable guests.

Just wonderful! We were stranded in Boston for the night because of a flight misconnection. It was a very short but delightful stay. Steve checked us in and made us feel very welcome, even asking what floor we preferred. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. We went to the busy restaurant and had a delightful meal at the bar. Oscar, the bartender and server was fantastic! He worked like crazy to handle the crowds of people coming in. There was another server as well that did not serve us, but he was exceptional as well. Hard workers! What a great team these 2 gentlemen are together! Very, very professional! We took the shuttle about 5am the next morning from the hotel and all was wonderful. Don’t hesitate to stay at this hotel.. Great staff and facilities and peaceful location.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Logan Airport as a stop over for our travels up to Maine. This location was key for us as we were meeting up with our son flying into Logan late at night. The shuttle service worked out great and was seamless. The hotel was new, clean, and the staff was super helpful. Parking was out on a lot and we felt safe. Boston was a quick Uber drive into the city. We would recommend staying here anytime you are in Boston.

We returned to the US from a three week trip to Europe in July. We are Hilton members so we chose to stay at this property as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. I called the shuttle when we arrived and they were quick and friendly. We arrived at the front desk and the employee asked when we would need the shuttle for the next morning so that he could reserve the handicap shuttle for us. My son is in a foldable wheelchair. For all other shuttles we have folded up the chair and carried him on (he is about 60 pounds) but I was more than willing to use the handicap shuttle. A little before 7 I checked with the front desk about the handicap shuttle and he says that it will be there in just a few minutes. We waited outside with our luggage and the wheelchair. There was my family and a few other people waiting to use the shuttle. The shuttle driver walks out of the shuttle and says very loudly and rudely that she can't take him. The handicap lift is not working and she won't take him. We will have to call a taxi. I tell her that we can carry him on and she yells that her contract won't allow her to take anyone who can't walk up the stairs themselves (what about babies and toddlers?) and we will just have to find another way and that she already told the front desk and she isn't going to take him. We were shocked. My son was so embarrassed. We had just returned from three weeks in Europe and no one had been so rude or disrespectful to our family. I went into the front desk to ask about it and he says that they have called another driver to take us. The other driver arrives, lets us carry him on and we get to the airport. Though I like the Hilton brand I was shocked and in disbelief that they would allow someone that was so rude to customers to work there. My son had done nothing wrong but had been spoken to as if he had. If there was a problem with the lift (they only have one handicap shuttle apparently) then we should have been notified ahead of time and other arrangements made so that we didn't have to go through that experience. The hotel stay itself was good but we would not stay here again due to the rude experience that deems families from the shuttle driver.

The Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport is a very nice airport hotel . It's spotlessly clean , nice and comfortable. The bed was great !! The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day so early morning flights aren't a problem. The shuttle was on time when we took it. The T / subway station is a short 10 minute walk away with a few stops into downtown Boston. I guess my only issue is I don't like paying that much for an airport Hotel but it is Boston so you don't have much of a choice because they are all expensive. I will stay here again if flying out of Logan airport.
