Very nice place with incredible staff! We stayed for 8 nights in a 2 Queen Bed Suite on the Homewood Suite side. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was - everyone from asst. Mgr. Ari and Takia at the front desk who went out of their way to help us at an early check-in, to Carmen, Inna, Catinda, Natalia and others that I think I am forgetting to mention from the front desk with other stuff that we needed throughout our stay. They were always more than happy to help us right away and made us feel like family. Oh - and the breakfast - fantastic! We LOVED Imani, Carla, Maria, Mel, Janice, and their manager Mush who did an outstanding job of keeping things clean, well stocked, and greeted us with welcoming words and smiles each day! Again, I hope I am not forgetting to mention others. Robert in security was also amazing with immediately checking out a concern (not a hotel problem) one of the nights. The hotel was clean, safe, and it truly felt like home. I do not normally remember people's name, but when staff treats you so well, you definitely want to get their name and praise them for being so helpful and nice. Will definitely stay there again!…
The hotel was what we were looking for: nice room, clean, near the seaport, a not unreasonable walk to the Aquarium and Faneuil Hall. Hotels as nice as this that were closer to the Aquarium are priced much, much higher, so we consider the a good value.
A group of friends and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was amazing, and the rooms are beyond beautiful. All of the appliances are brand new and the view was impeccable. The location is perfect where you aren’t right in the city and feel overwhelmed but can walk or take a quick ride to any location you wanted to explore in the Boston area. Overall amazing experience!! Would go back again in a heartbeat!
This Homewood Suites/Hampton Inn Combo is in the perfect spot if you are taking a cruise out of Boston. The port is a five-minute walk away (depending on how fast you walk). At first, the choices of dining out are not that great, but if you walk ten minutes across a bridge you end up in this great little neighborhood with plenty of dining options and a Stop N Shop. Our room was really nice and the gym was really good as well.
Ben at the front desk was outstanding! I am traveling for business and this was the smoothest check in I have ever had at a hotel. He accommodated everything I asked for and gave great service. Definitely will return just because of him!
This was my second trip to Boston and stayed the hotel for 3 nights. Overall the staff I met there were very nice and professional, especially a front staff, Toni was!! Even I asked her to get in/out my luggage several times before the check in time but she never tired of me and smiled to help me out! She also even called me when my room was available!! My stay in Boston became so memorable because of her!!
We stayed for a week in May. The hotel is lovely and only a 20-25min walk to South Station. It was worth paying extra for the water view, which was wonderful from our 9th floor room. The room was clean and we had an easy check in/out. All the staff are lovely, very helpful and polite. The sofa and bedroom bench provided a nice place to sit and chat in the room. It was nice to have the kitchenette which came with 2 hobs, microwave, dishwasher, basic pots and plans. It was a pleasure to see Memsura at breakfast time, she always made sure we were happy and was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. They didn’t have any pasties, but their waffle irons are awesome, with mainly vanilla batter, but there were a few days where special editions of cinnamon and banana – all delicious. Toppings included whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles and breakfast syrups (inc sugar free option). Fruit options included bananas, apples and oranges (get there early for the bananas!). I want to thank the hotel for providing fat free, 2% and whole milk, in small cartons – keeps everyone happy. Really enjoyed the stay, and the area is safe and has some nice habour walks with stunning views.…
My stay at the Hampton inn seaport district was amazing. The rooms were immaculate and the technology was up to date with apps like Netflix and YouTube. The best part was the staff. Especially Jerry and Jesus who were so kind, considerate, and very helpful. Any question or concern was address above and beyond. I highly recommend this establishment for everyone.
Room was very nice. Hotel seems new. Good attitude from all the staff. I’d definitely stay here again. 10-15 minute easy walk to the actual seaport. 10 minute walk from car rental at the seaport. The breakfast could use some improvement. Eggs were powdered - real Meg’s would be nice. One day they had good yogurt. Most days it wasn’t very good. A fresh fruit salad would have been nice, but they did provide apples, bananas and oranges. The seaport area seems to have undergone and undergoing a dramatic redevelopment in the last few years.
Memsura has consistently been exceptionally friendly and sweet towards me and my family. She works hard and keeps the place looking wonderful. She has most certainly made our breakfasts and morning routine a more enjoyable experience, and absolutely deserves this good review.
