We stayed here for 2 nights and had a fabulous time. We walked from here all over the city, to the North End, to Fenway, all around. Great location near solid restaurants, great views and overall super easy to navigate anywhere, including airport. Fabulous all around. Great gym too.

Absolutely a beautiful, new hotel in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. It’s 10-15mins on the Silver Line from the airport- and it’s free! Our room faced the water with a great bathroom and separate sitting area. As always, it’s the service that sets Hyatt apart. Rikesh checked us in, Kobi checked us out, and Robert was a tremendous help moving us to another room- hot water problems, and offered to adjust our bill due to this and housekeeping issues. You need to request daily maid service before arrival (we did), confirmed upon checkin (we did), but still no service during our 3 night stay. Hyatt went above and beyond to make it right! The room was gorgeous on the 11th floor with beautiful water views, and the breakfast was outstanding! The lobby was inviting with several seating areas, and the roof top fire pit afforded a chance to hear music concerts for free (hotel is across from the Leader Bank Pavilion). The front desk staff was knowledgeable and so friendly. About 10mins after checking out and leaving the hotel, I realized I left my iPad in the room. I called the hotel, and Kobi & Rikesh secured it right away. What amazing service!…

This hotel is awesome. It’s safe, beautiful scenery ( mind you many great building are still being constructed), clean, friendly staff ( valets were helpful and I wasn’t getting valet!) and the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were all super friendly like they cared whether we were content or not. Plus, and there is an outdoor concert venue right across the street!

Smooth check-in / check out. Clean room with nice amenities. Perfect location and easy to get around the city. There's so many great restaurants within walking distance that provide amazing views of the harbor. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful. The accommodations gorgeous. The breakfast was great and the meeting spaces excellent. The service, however, was phenomenal. Emily (Em) at the front desk was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help me feel welcome. My stay was lovely, I'd return for the service alone!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. From my initial check in to any request I had to the checkout, the front desk staff went above and beyond and were always positive and in a great mood when interacting with every single customer. I have never seen such a consistently professional and cheerful group of staff. Again hands down the most positive experience I have ever had at hotel property!

Guest services were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Their recommendations ware great as food and drink is what you expect when visiting Boston. The roof top bar was a great hang out and management was very friendly and attentive to any needs

The rooms look brand new and feel like you're the first person staying in them. Some of the complaints in other reviews are accurate; the TV has limited channels, the check-in is up a large flight of stairs (but there is an elevator), and the roof access can be closed off if they have a private event. I was also a little disappointed that the harbor-side windows didn't open at all, because I was hoping to hear the concert from the room. But the view is nice and despite two wedding parties and a concert across the street, the room was quiet and nice.
