My friend and I came to stay here for a night and Tony behind the front desk made us feel right at home. He immediately greeted us with a smile and was so kind and helpful with his suggestions for places to eat. He is the kind of employee that establishments are lucky to have. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one! I cannot say enough nice things about him and his excellent customer service. We want to plan a trip sooner rather than later just to see his smiling face! 10/10 experience
We were in Boston to take our daughter to Login. She was on her way to Australia to study abroad for the semester. We picked the Courtyard North Station for its proximity to both Faneuil Hall and the North End. Sabata Sarcone checked us in and inquired the reason for our stay. She is obviously a Mom, because she immediately recognized how we felt as parents . Every time we passed the front desk she tapped her heart. She told us she knew how we felt. She could not have been nicer. I'm not the biggest traveler but I travel enough. Sabata was by far the most understanding, cooperative, and friendliest front of the house I have ever encountered. I would stay at the Courtyard North Station every time because of her. The room and view were both excellent by the way.
Don't be fooled. This is unlike any Courtyard I have stayed at. The decor is more upscale and the staff: exceptional! Karina responded immediately when we needed something and called the front desk and checked to be sure we received what we needed. Views are amazing in several directions. I suggest go a little more for an upgrade and high floor. Location is great and next to trains and Boston Garden for sports and concerts. Again, the staff was wonderful and responded immediately to any needs. Karina, Khara, and Jenna come to mind, but they were all great. Looking for excuses to return!
We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at TD Bank. Great location being across the street. Benjamin at the front desk was super nice and answered every question we had. We needed a wheelchair for my mother. They were very gracious for us to use it - saved the night! Great location - walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.
Conveniently located near TD Garden & walking distance to Little Italy area plus the T (metro- north station) is across the street. Our bedroom view was clean, modern, & beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful & hospitable especially Benjamin at the front desk. He was patient and very detailed with the information we needed. He went above and beyond plus made sure we were taken care off. The breakfast, valet parking & cleaning staff are all accommodating as well. We will definitely come back and Highly recommend staying on this location! It was perfect for our family!
I booked with Carly at Marriott for a corporate event and everything was great from start to finish. Jacki and the planning team were fantastic to work with, and everything on site went very smoothly. The team was communicative and understood our needs/how to be flexible. The space is bright, updated, and clean, AV worked well, food was great. All our feedback from the teams was positive. Would definitely recommend!
Very nice hotel. Clean. Pleasant, efficient staff, but the location is the best feature. The TD Garden is right across the street, the North End Italian neighborhood is a couple of blocks away, the Rose Kennedy Greenway is right behind the hotel and the dining, entertainment and activity options are limitless. There's even a large Star Market supermarket right next to the TD Garden if you need to stock up on anything. I was on the top penthouse floor and the view from my window was nice enough. When I checked in, the very friendly desk person told me that he had a great room on the penthouse floor. I think he oversold it, though because when I saw it I was underwhelmed. To be clear, the room 1401 was very nice. Spacious. Comfortable. Clean. I was satisfied with everything about it, but I was expecting to be wowed after the spiel I got. LOL. Breakfast (not included) is from 7-11 AM and I really enjoyed the farm fresh breakfast bowl (had it twice). The breakfast quesadilla was very god as well. I dined at a restaurant next door called A & B Kitchen - Bar and enjoyed it. Fairly standard bar/pub menu, but the food quality and service were exceptional. Very nice hotel in a great location. A bit pricey, but it's to be expected given the location.…
We booked a room block here for a Corporate off-site and secured room with Jacki on the Sales Team. The experience was phenomenal! She was easy to work with and communicative. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to many neighborhoods of Boston. Every room experience was positive among the team, notably updated and clean. Highly recommend!
Very clean. Very convenient to Train Station. Easy to get around. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Irina checked us in. (July 19) She was very helpful and engaging. Early in the evening, I realized I forgot my iPhone cord. She and her associate went out of their way to find another one for us. I’m quite certain it was one that belonged to them personally. It was so appreciated. As we all know, we cannot survive without a well charged phone!!!
We recently stayed at this hotel to attend a show at TD garden. We chose to stay there because It was very convenient to the show. I must say that it was a great stay. The staff were very polite and professional. I didn't catch everyone's name but I can tell you that Karina was exceptional ! She helped us with a couple of special requests and made our stay even better ! Shout out to her. I won't lie , I do wish there was 24 hour coffee . To us the bed could have been a little more comfortable. Overall we were very happy with this hotel. We will stay again for sure
