The front desk lady could not have been less welcoming, extremely unfriendly. Room was not cleaned properly and even though it is a new hotel many things are already broken. Very loud during the night with people partying next door. Not the week-end we had expected.
Aesthetically pleasing, rooms have no privacy between bathroom. And no mini fridge in the room which there were also no vending machines. Almost Died of thirst. And it’s a pandemic help your customers.
Great stay , only thing that got me was there was a stain on the upper part of the bed other than that it was great!! Also the it was a nice room great area to stay it. Front desk was nice even though didn’t really talk to them Much.
Modeled after Japanese efficiency hotels so size isn’t a selling point but the rooms were intelligently designed with a good amount of storage space none the less. Lots of tech friendly gadgets perfect for a younger crowd.
Checking in and out took all of 5 seconds, the room was a perfect size, I loved the adjustable bed, friendly staff. The location was great, a 15 minute walk to downtown, and tons of restaurants within a mile radius.
