This is a really, really nice property. I just stayed there in November 2020. Great for those who like to walk because you can walk from here to Back Bay, Fenway, South End, North End, Freedom Trail, Boston Commons, Copley Plaza.

GOOD place. Good price. Close to everything in the city. Good response time to any questions. A little smaller than expected for 2 people. Cleaning can be more stringent as we found hair on the carpet.

Gorgeous suite, parking right behind, excellent location in copley square- the mall and many restaurants.. Walk to the T stop and walkable to Northeastern. Also, the rates were so reasonable in February.

This Copley House is not a real hotel but sort of apartments. We stayed at 14 Garrison St, 3rd floor, room 735. Location is excellent, minutes walk from subway and Prudential Centre. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The building is beautiful. The room size is decent, comes with a small kitchen. Room is dated. Cleaning job needs to improve. Stains on individual tablecloths (though they are red but i still could see the stains) as well as bed sheets. Bathroom is comparatively tiny, and needs more detailed cleaning and TLC, particular the ceiling and the cabinet. Room service is available weekly. HVAC is quiet. Coin laundry service is available. Front desk staff is friendly.

This space was just what I wanted for traveling to Boston. I loved how it was situated in a residential area, allowing you to feel more like a local, walking out of a townhouse rather than your standard hotel. This place has charm and character, my choice any over a hotel chain. If you pack light, hauling your luggage up the stairs is not a problem. Just be aware of this. My room was cozy, with a small kitchenette. It was perfect for me.
