My husband and I just got home from an incredibly relaxing weekend at the Mandarin. We did the Reset and Restore Wellness Retreat at the spa and couldn’t be happier about our experience. Eve and Tony were skilled and friendly practitioners and were with us the whole weekend. Jason, the Spa Director, was always available to us and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and care free. The food for the entire weekend was provided by Revolution Health Kitchen in Boston. Incredible!!! We couldn’t recommend this retreat more highly.

Perfect stay- it’s the first time we stayed in a hotel since the pandemic began - I am a cancer patient and we needed to go to Dana Farber. Their COVID protocols are top notch, and we felt completely safe. All staff was wonderful. The food we got in in room dining was delicious. We loved the commitment to sustainability - bamboo toothbrushes and toothpaste tablets! The bed was super comfortable. We will be back!

The service is incredible at this hotel. They really want to make sure the customer is happy. From the incredible people at the front desk including Kristina and Tonja (not sure about spelling) to the room service staff who were just so kind. They even made me vegan waffles. You will be treated like a queen here. I highly recommend it. I felt extremely safe during COVID. The hotel is cleaned and sanitized. I can’t wait to go back when the world is running again.
