Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The deck outside my room (and every room), with a stream babbling below and pine trees all around was the perfect escape for this momma. I loved the themes of the rooms and the atmosphere. I got some work and relaxation in away from home! Highly recommend staying even if you're local and just need a breather. A perfect place you could gather with friends, as well!

Was a wonderful inn about 5-7 minutes from the main drag. Incredibly welcoming staff. Loved that they had a pool table in a sort of old library themed room (the girlfriend and I had really missed playing). Highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy and low key experience.

Let me first say this clearly, if you are looking for the standard services you find in an hotel chain, do not come here.

This is a family run b&b. The house is beautiful and so the rooms. The owners are kind and very helpful.

The breakfast needs to be mentioned. It is tailored to your needs and served at the time you want. The croissant are delicious, made daily from a local bakery.

Thanks you so much for the review and kind words. We are working hard to make sure our guest enjoy their stay and are glad that you enjoyed yours. We realize that we don't offering everything you may find in a standard hotel, but we hope that the personal touches, like the breakfast, is something people will remember. Thanks again and hope to see you back soon.

I recently stayed at this comfortable, clean and charming B & B in Los Alamos. My room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the common rooms (including a pool table) were nicely decorated. Breakfast is a do-it-yourself affair heavy on carbs and dairy. Since I eat neither I was glad they had hard boiled eggs and some fresh fruit.

Stayed here 3 nights in late March, with wife and kids (9 and 5), staying in the 2-bedroom cabin building (there are two cabins, in addition to the rooms in the main house).

This was a really fun stay, and certainly I'd recommend it over the blah hotels in the area. Details...

THE GOOD:
--Hosts offered the cabin instead of the rooms we originally reserved in the house, gave us a choice, because the cabin came open unexpectedly
--Hosts were friendly and helpful
--Cabin is stone masonry outside and adobe brick inside, and so well insulated that it was always comfortable day and night without any HVAC running
--For a family with kids, the cabin is just right - 2 bedrooms big enough for a 4-person family, full kitchen, 2 baths, fireplace, porch with swing, patio with outdoor fireplace, comfy common space
--Rate was quite reasonable for the size of the space
--Location is secluded and beautiful

THE BAD:
--Keep in mind that for the cabins there is no breakfast served. And if you are in the rooms in the house, the breakfast is more continental - don't expect a full-on affair
--Some of the furniture and fixtures in the cabin are pretty beat up and in need of some repairs, but were all functional.
--The shower in the master bathroom is small and oddly set up, makes showers a little clumsy

If you're staying Los Alamos, this is the place to stay for me. If you're looking for luxury this isn't it, but honestly, luxury doesn't exist in Los Alamos for lodging anyway. It is quaint, reasonably priced and a pleasant place to stay.

Had a very nice stay at this B & B in Los Alamos. The hosts were full of great recommendations & very friendly. The room was very nice with a well appointed bathroom. The heavy continental breakfast featured croissants from a local bakery. Would stay here again!

We've been looking for a long time for a place to stay in Los Alamos which was not either a chain or a disaster. Pueblo Canyon in is a find! Grounds are lovely and quiet. Our room (the Caldera) was spacious, with nice decor (an easy chair and a desk chair - so 2 people could sit somewhere other than the bed), and a mini-fridge. A continental breakfast (choices are made from a menu the day before) was delivered in a basket to our door each morning, and was delicious. Fresh fruit, homemade granola, yoghurt, a croissant were some of the choices. Coffee (and sometimes fruit) was available all day down the hall. I can't say enough good things about our hosts. There was one day when we had to get up super early, and it seemed wrong to make them get our breakfast at that hour. We texted back and forth, and they left our breakfast in the mini-fridge the night before, and programmed the coffee maker to go on early. Perfect! As to A/C - it's scarce in this part of the country because it's high desert, and always cools down at night, no matter how hot it is during the day. Ceiling fan and open window was sufficient to keep us comfortable in July. We visit our daughter in this area several times a year, and plan to stay at the Pueblo Canyon Inn whenever we do.

This was a wonderful bed and breakfast, it was set up really nice with the rooms quiet and well organized. It is a great family environment with a wonderful yard and area for the family to play and experience the mountains of Los Almos.

We went to a Wedding party at the Pueblo Canyon Inn and it was great! The hosts, Matthew and Elizabeth had everything arranged and the setting was beautiful. It had rained earlier in the day, and they dried all the outdoor furniture. It was a very warm and wonderful setting with an area for children, a ramp (for those that are mobility impaired) to get to the lower grassy level.

We also stayed at the Pueblo Canyon Inn and the room was great, with our own porch directly connected to the room, overlooking a nature area. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure that we were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I highly recommend the Pueblo Canyon Inn for a nice place to stay and for a small (we had about 50 people) wedding venue!

There are also several large public area, one with a piano and one with a billiard table.
