Great room. One of the quietest window a/c units I've experienced. Overall a quiet room environment, never heard any of the neighbors or hallway noise. Fitness room good. Staff were always friendly and responded quickly to my questions or comments.

We stayed here a few nights while exploring Arches National Park. For that purpose, the hotel's location is very convenient. The park is only a few minutes drive away, plus you can walk or drive from the hotel to restaurants and other stores.
The hotel looks recently remodeled. Our room had 2 queen beds and was clean and quiet. Water pressure on the 3rd floor was not great. Wifi was strong and reliable. The room had a small microwave and dorm-size fridge.

The hotel's breakfast was well-stocked and had good Covid precautions: the foods were individually wrapped and they set up several separate coffee stations so there was no crowding at breakfast.

The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is equipment maintenance and our check out experience. Although their fitness center had modern equipment, was clean, and a decent size, 3 of the 7 cardio machines had “out of order” signs on them the entire time we were there.
The guest laundry has 2 coin-feed washers and dryers; one washer was out of order the entire time we were there.
Lastly, this hotel deactivated our room keys before we checked out and well ahead of their 11 am check out time. As a result, we got locked out of our room. When we went to the front desk for help, the usual front desk staff was not there so another staff member tried to recode our key. It didn’t work, we had to go all the way back downstairs to get rekeyed by the same woman who was unapologetic and clearly irritated. A woman cleaning the floors by the front desk had her mask off while she lectured us (incorrectly) about keeping room keys away from phone (that was not the issue). This was a really bad way to end our stay

Not sure what to expect while staying here due to COVID but this hotel did it all right!

Beautiful hotel with all the comforts of home. Small fridge & microwave, clean, roomy and modern, very comfortable bed & pillows.

Free breakfast could easily have been discontinued because of Covid but instead they offered breakfast bags to go, or select items like individually packaged cereal, sweet breads, pastries, yogurt or fruit.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating during our four days/nights. The pool and hot tub were open with a max of 10 people. Cleaning of rooms if you have a multi-night stay is upon request, again due to COVID.

We will definitely be back for more Moab adventures and when we do we’ll be back to the Hampton Inn.

It’s not easy traveling with this Virus, and it’s nice when you check into a hotel and feel like every possible has been done to ensure your safety during your stay. The room we got at the Hampton had a seal on the doorway that indicated both that the room had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and that no one had entered the room since that was done. TV remote in a plastic bag, things like that instill confidence. Nice room.

We traveled to a lot of Hilton properties during a 2 week national park adventure. Without a doubt this was the best hotel! Staff were super friendly, helpful, and very mindful of masks and cleanliness during COVID. While other Hilton's maybe just gave a banana or granola bar- this place went above and beyond! You could make your own breakfast grab bag! Every customer was given gloves, everyone had to wear masks and their choices were amazing! Individual breakfast pizza, individual bags of carrots, individual bags of dried fruit, different granola bars, individual fruit, water...
This is also within walking distance to several great restaurants!

Honestly, one star is too many. We have several issues with this place.
1. I’ve never had a hotel not ask for identification to be let into a room or given a room key. Two separate times with two different employees shows that it’s not an accident, it’s a training issue.
2. We extended our reservation and requested that the name be changed from our group leader to ours as it would be paid for separately. The reservation was never changed into our name.
3. The front desk took our credit card and ID when we extended our stay and somehow it still never got on our room? Who’s room did it go on?
4. We were woken up at 8:00am on the dot on our day of travel because we had an “outstanding cash balance” of an amount that was not even close to accurate.
5. When my boyfriend asked to speak the the general manager he was extremely rude and didn’t have a care in the world.
6. When I checked us out, I got yelled at for holding my phone. I was in complete shock in disbelief so it took her yelling at me twice for me to drop my phone and put my hands up. I still don’t understand this at all. But it took 5 minutes of her doing who knows what to give me a printed receipt.

I will never stay at a Hilton again. This experience was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and it ruined all possible future stays. If you’re looking for a good place to stay in Moab go to one of the Marriott hotels, they never disappoint.

It wasn't a bad stay, the staff was friendly but I think they need to stay overnight at the Salt Lake City Central Hampton Inn to see how to knock it out of the park. The bad: the AC unit sounded like and airplane taking off (luckily, we were so tired from hiking or mountain biking each day we were able to fall asleep regardless), I specifically asked for additional toiletries and trash emptied each day and nothing else and one day the trash wasn't emptied. The lobby coffee was late one am (and I am an early riser staying on EST to avoid the crowds at the parks) Due to COVID the breakfast was pretty lame and you had to eat in your room. I can understand some of that but there was NO fresh fruit or a vegetarian option for the frozen burrito the first day. The good: There was fresh fruit the next day. And the gentleman on duty even opened the breakfast a few early so we could get moving. The room was the clean and the staff was friendly. It just fell short of what we expect from a Hilton brand hotel and certainly not at this price point (or in our case "points" point since we stayed with points). We heard good things about different level of lodging (motel style) and due to the vast difference in price, next time we will stay there and save our points for another Hilton somewhere else.

This is a nice, clean, newer Hampton. We enjoyed our stay and they actually provided a good, Covid-19 breakfast compare to the other Hampton we used on this trip.

However, mask are mandatory in Utah but several staff members were not wearing them. An older lady (blue dye in her hair) working the front desk, helping customers NEVER had a mask on the 3 - 4 times we saw her during our stay. Please follow the law and wear mask to protect your customers and co-workers.

Even the rooms facing the busy highway are triple glazed glass, so didn't hear a thing all night despite the fact that we were on the 3rd floor right across from the gas station. No matter, no sound. Clean, safe, really nice hotel with great people running it. Had a minor problem with the room charge (more of a confusion between Booking.com and the hotel really) and Sabina at the front desk promised to call back early the following week when her manager was back to fix it. And surprisingly SHE DID. So kudos for someone these days who actually does what they say they will do! To me that's worth another stay right there.

Taking a credit card is a standard procedure to protect the hotel against theft (or property and/or services) and damage. Just because you paid via credit card to the Online Travel Agency does NOT mean that they passed that information on to the hotel. Plenty of OTAs collect the money and the hotel then invoices the OTA for their portion of the rate. Most large chains do have a cash deposit option though they are loath to use it.. be aware of their refund policy some hotels will refund cash deposit via check since the money has been probably been dropped in the safe at the end of the shift of the desk agent that checked you in, so they may not hand you a pile of cash at the end of your stay.
