Taxi would be over 50 dollars. You are better off getting the Logan Express (bus) to Braintree and then a taxi to Quincy. If you don't have much luggage you can also take the "T" (subway) from Logan to Quincy Center. (Silver line to South Station and change to the Red Line to get to Quincy Center).
