Although the hotel is a bit old, it's cozy to stay there. Housekeeping is upon request, you only need to put the sign outside your door. They also change the towels every day. They provide free Wi-Fi. One of my problems was the bed. It's too stiff, it hurts my back because I slept in the single bed (since we have 3 beds, 2 queen-size & 1 single). You can feel the springs through the mattress but overall it was good.

The hotel was a bit old. They must have renovated not too long before my stay. It was pretty easy to hear the goings-on of other patrons. The bed was stiff and I could feel some springs through the mattress. But forgetting all that, the staff was very friendly and the price was definitely within budget. If you're just looking for a place to lay down and sleep at night and then go out and explore the next day, the location is pretty central to the Guam strip. There is a lot going on around the Grand Plaza. So while it isn't a top tier resort, it does offer a decent place to rest and recharge for the for your next excursion.

This hotel is not great - I stayed 1 night for a layover and am glad that was all. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist booking a taxi and storing my extra bags. On the downside, the first room they gave me hadn’t been serviced from the previous guest. The second room was clean but the bed had only one sheet over the mattress and then nothing else other than a thin quilt - how many other guests had slept under the quilt with no sheet between 🫣. There is free WiFi but it drops out every few minutes so I gave up trying to call my husband or get any work done. Also, the restaurant has been closed since Covid and the pool is also currently closed due to typhoon damage. This isn’t made clear on their booking pages. Other than the staff, a bit of a disappointment all round.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is easy on the wallet, this is the place. My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. I'll say we saved money on our hotel, giving us more funds to check out all the fun things nearby the hotel and go around the island.
Most importantly, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially, Annabelle, she is wonderful. There was a minor issue and she went to great lengths to help us fix the problem. I definitely recommend staying here.

The Grand Plaza Hotel in Tumon, Guam is an experience that builds each day of your stay. This was my first time there and realized how convenient this Hotel is to many major tourist locations. A leisurely 8 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to your choice for local, fast food or upscale dining. Several shopping malls within a ten minute drive. The room was clean, spacious and nicely maintained. I had a good view of the pool area.
I took advantage of the private garage parking beneath the Hotel and had quick access to the roads from a Central location.
In addition, the room rates are highly competitive when compared to the other Beach Resort rates in the area.
I highly recommend you give it a try! It exceeded my expectations!

Grand Plaza Hotel is our personal home away from home! My daughters are in love with how comfortable and cozy the rooms are. The AC is nice and cool and allows for us to sleep like babies and once the morning comes, the sun shines thru our windows. We weren’t able to use the pool but the kids loves take a calm bubble bath. The front desk provides a bunch of information for you for restaurants open and help if you need to make orders or get delivery. They are always so helpful and I can’t wait for the next staycation!!

Dirty Hard Bed you could feel the springs coming through the mattress, dirty room, not worth it for the money. I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for the amount of money paid. Definitely will not stay again.

1)No, we do not have a complimentary shuttle to/from malls. We are walking distance to most stores, beach, and restaurants due to our ideal location. We are closeby to several bus stops. There are Comp Mall Shuttle to Guam Premium Outlet by the Tumon Sands Plaza. Another, Comp Shuttle is by the Outrigger Guam Resort going to the Micronesia Mall;
2)We highly recommend utilizing the Airpot Shuttle that is available for you upon arrival. Its approx costs $21 per taxi per ride.
3) We have on the premise the famous Chamorro Restaurant, Meskla Bistro. There's an array of a restaurant near our hotel to choose from. Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Churrasco Brazillian restaurants, several Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Lots to choose from.
4)e have Budget-Rent-a-Car on the property should you wish to make a booking.

1. Since you are arriving at 4:30am of November 13th, you will need to book your reservation on the 12th of November so we can hold the room for you. Our standard check in time is at 3pm and check out time at 12noon.
2. At this time, the room rate posted doesn't include breakfast. But, includes free airport drop off or Domino's Pizza Coupon. Your choice.
3. We do not have Hotel Airport Shuttle service at this time but we highly recommend to utilize the Airport Shuttle Service which will costs you approx of $21 per ride per taxi.

My apologize for the late response. Linens and towels are provided in the room and replenish daily. We have bathroom amenities in the room such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. In the guest's room, we have free WIFI and security box, ice box and microwave for your use. we also have an amenity tray that has coffee, tea, sugar/creamer and hot pot. Toothbrush/paste and razor and available upon request. We don't provide slippers at this time.
