We stayed in two different apartments at Ocean Villa during our time in Guam. The first was 208, an upper flat in the closest building to the sea, which seemed a bit older than the other property we stayed at. The second was 203, an upper apartment which was in what appeared to be a newer building further back from the sea. Both places served us well. We loved the airiness of 208, which had a sliding door with a view to the sea. 203 was modern, spotless, and comfortable.
Worth noting for the lighter sleepers: the windows do not seem to be double glazed, and there are many chickens around (VERY common in Guam); earplugs and/or pink/white noise are recommended (I also found a good eye mask helpful with the light curtains).
For those with accessibility limitations, there are no elevators and the parking lot is all gravel/stones, so this might not be a great choice if you are in a wheelchair or have challenges getting yourself/luggage up the stairs (lower floor flats suit the latter).

We were a party of twelve...we had the three bedroom and one one bedroom. We had such an amazing stay...staff was outstanding and by the time we left we felt we were leaving friends. The units were clean, air conditioning was great, and if you needed something you got it right away. The location is perfect...close to everything. The ocean views were amazing...loved it here!

When I read the other glowing reviews about this place I thought they were too good to be true. They were all true! Anna’s staff were so welcoming and hospitable. Ocean Villa 205 is exactly as you see in the photos albeit the photos don’t do the unit’s size justice. This unit is quite spacious, much larger than your average studio. It was clean, modern, comfortable and it smelled clean too! Great accommodations to stay in or explore the beach seconds away from your doorstep. The beach area was quiet and almost felt like a private beach. Perfect for relaxing. I was a single traveler and felt safe in the resort. Anna was prompt in replying and answered all my questions in detail. I highly recommend Anna’s place.

Everything was disappointing. There is no staff and I didn’t get a response to my three emails. Here’s how it went. The entry door has daylight visible on all four sides, not secure. The TV only works if you know how to program it and then only by subscription apps, no Netflix, no TV. No place to put any clothes, no hangers, no dresser. Bathroom has every opportunity to smash your toes with raised entry and shower curb. Toilet paper is transparent, wash/shampoo/conditioner are push button dispense and nothing comes out. Almost no outlets and definitely no USB outlets. All windows have shades that don’t work so there is no view. The balcony is 30” wide and no way to sit or enjoy the beach view. Yes there are roaches too. Only once bedside table so one person has to leave their personal things on the floor. There just wasn’t any place to put anything. The shower valve is the kind you see in a dog wash and projects out into the shower for no reason as pets aren’t allowed so you keep hitting your hips on it. The worst is that we expected a 5 star resort as advertised and really regret wasting this trip on such a poorly assembled place.

We stayed here for a week in unit #104 and loved it. The price was reasonable and the units are very clean and just the right size. The kitchen area has a small fridge, microwave, and sink. There are just enough glasses, plates and silverware for 4. We were pleasantly surprised to find 4 bottles of water in the fridge upon our arrival (at 2 AM). The units are very quiet so we always slept well. The staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any request (hair dryer, more towels, no problem). The location is beautiful. It's right on the beach and the sunsets were breathtaking. The water there is only ankle deep so don't expect to snorkel but it was fun walking out towards the small island off the beach. We loved it and will stay here again if we return to Guam.

It's a really pleasant and reasonable condo if you can arrange a car rental. We stayed at unit 106 for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay there. It has everything we wanted - convenient location if you have a car, beach access (too bad it’s too shallow to swim, but nice to hang around), very clean and rather spacious room, washing machine and dryer, kitchen (locates outdoor, which was actually fine. You can any cook simple meals no problem and its nice sunset view was a bonus). Of course there are things we missed (hot tub or jacuzzi, ocean view from the room, more comfy bed - their bed was okay but not especially good quality) but I really don’t think there is any better deal than this place at the same label of budget. The staff was helpful and can accommodate super early/late check-in/out as well, as long as we book for it. We would stay at this condo again.

비행기의 회황 및 건겅상 이유로 총 5박을 하게 되었으나 구성원 모두가 친절하고 투숙했던 208호가 아직도 기억에 선합니다.
방문의 시건장치와 개인금고 부분이 조금아쉬었을뿐 시골가 도시 바다가 동시에 공존하는 아늑한 곳입니다
바로 앞 비치가 있으며 물때가 맞으면 알루팡까지 물위를 걸을수도 있습니다
네이버페이로도 결재가 가능하며 물론 오프라인 홈페이지를 통해서도 가능합니다.

If you prefer smaller hotels than large resorts or chain hotels then you should stay here.
The apartments are clean and nice, the hotel areal is directly on a beach.
You have open air kitchen and terraces for the use of hotel guests and there are enoug parking spaces.
All at all I would definitively stay here again, even if the answering times of the hotel service by eMail was sometimes very slow (two days later):
