Inn at Schofield

About
Our hotel is located on Schofield Barracks in Central Oahu. Our location is in the suburban area of Oahu with lower population density. We specialize in providing temporary lodging for incoming military personnel and their families who will be stationed on Oahu. We are conveniently located near the Commissary, PX, and base recreational facilities. We are also a short drives away from the North Shore and Old Haleiwa Town.
Onsite, we provide free parking and wifi for guests. We also have a small convenience store that is open 24/7 and a small outdoor area with BBQ grills for guest use.
If you have pets, please contact us for details on our pets policy.

Location is central to post: No car required if you are inprocessing Schofield from here, which is the main advantage to staying here. If you'd like a nicer place for a lower price, I suggest the Navy Lodge on Ford Island, or the Hale Koa in Waikiki.
To get to either of those on TLA status, just call every day and ask them for availability. When they are full, go and get the memo "non-availability of quarters" from them, so you can stay elsewhere while you are on TLA.
on Oahu I believe the Inn at Schofield Barracks is an excellent choice of accommodations. Centrally located, quiet, green, uncrowded and reasonably priced. A light menu was available at the next door PX ( Good food, made to order).
To think the government or whoever is part of this and yet they don't get it right.
Change management change policies or whatever but I think it's time, it's not the first time it's happened From what I've heard .
Very disappointed in every aspect of ever going anywhere on the trip this is the worst place ever

"Don't expect much you want be disappointed. The AC worked great but the fan was very loud. I hope the hotel standards improve and fast...I actually loved that place."Read full review
