Pros: The views, the views, the views! The resort has knock-out views of Hanalei Bay. The buildings blend nicely into the setting and the grounds are well designed without flashy features that would detract from the resort’s spectacular setting. (If you want over-the-top water

Great rooms and one of the best view of the mountains surrounding Hanalei Bay. Has on site beach access as well as a spectacular pool with swim up bar service. A second small pool is great for young swimmers.

First the pros: The setting is magnificent, with lush tropical gardens with flowers of every kind with the beautiful mountains of Bali Hai as a backdrop. The pool is beautiful with plenty of seating and shade around it. It is a lagoon style pool and has a swim up bar. There is

My husband and I stayed for a week and there were some things we liked and some that need improvement. The good: The views from the resort and gardens are really beautiful. We stayed in a unit that did not have other buildings in front of it which made our porch very

You may want to check VRBO or Air BnB. There are some private owners who may have listed their properties for rent. Otherwise consider off season opportunities - the summer months fill up quickly.

There is no fee to play on the courts for an hour at a time. You can sign up at the tennis office. The courts are in good shape. A few years ago they were resurfaced with two being converted to artificial grass. The tennis pros and clinics and excellent.

Super Shuttle is an option but renting a car on the island is really a must. I recommend two companies to book a car. Discount Hawaii Car Rental and Costco Travel. The resort is an hour from the airport. Depending on the type of car will depend on the cost. I paid $225 for my last weekly trip. What you do is book on the site and keep checking closer to your stay for the price to go down and then rebook it. I prefer to book with Alamo and sign up for their awards program and the night before you pre check in and avoid the long lines by going directly to the car via the outside sales people. Do not accept them filling up your tank. There are gas stations within 5 minutes. Thats a rip off.

How much is parking per night
I am an owner there, and I am charged taxes for the number of days I am there. I would contact the resort directly. Kathy

99% of the two bedrooms are nice and have nice views. You will most likely be in the 5000 building because thats where most of the 2 bedrooms are but you could get lucky and be in the 4000. If you are exchanging a 1 bedroom its a crap shoot. The 3000 building has the best views but it would be very doubtful you would be placed there. Owners book that building 2 years out. You could have a pool view, mountain view but the views are lovely all over the resort.
