Our room came with a mini fridge, microwave, soft soft towels and wash rags! It's amazing to me how many hotels, even, do not provide wash rags. These are important to me and were really appreciated. The bed was comfortable too. We had a great stay. Quiet area within walking distance of restaurants.
The only reason I did not give it five stars was that the shower head came to my neck (I'm 5'10).
Also, forget the pool. Closed for good.

We set up 3 rooms a few months before our travel date and when we arrived we got set up in the rooms very quickly as all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. Hotel looks dated on the outside but the rooms were very nice with a fridge and air conditioning. Would stay here again if we get back to that area.

The Travelodge is one of two “major” motel chains in town. It was clean, comfortable, and functional. It needs some upgrades for sure but it appears they may be getting ready to do that. The staff is friendly and helpful. I needed an ironing board since there wasn’t one in my room and they got one for me. No breakfast available but everything is three minutes by car or ten minutes if you walk.

The only reason I stayed here was after I called and was able to talk to an actual person, I asked if they had any AC outlets. She said they did. Upon my arrival, I found that there were 110 Volt outlets between each room and able to charge my Nissan Leaf overnight and add a few miles to my range. The closest Level 2 chargers are in Cody.

A very nice place for our friends and family to stay. Though it’s not a newer property, the owners have been remodeling and updating the rooms and the facilities. It was an excellent value, well worth the short drive from Cody for more reasonably priced rooms. Beds were great, and I have back problems!! Internet was reliable and fast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast on premise so I cannot comment about that.

the place is very clean and well kept, ALL the employees working here are extremely helpful and ready to make your stay is the best you have ever had. I have stayed 16 days on three separate times since April 2022. And I receive the same response from everyone here a Big and what can I do to make your stay better. I would recommend this Travel Lodge to anyone passing through Powell, Wyoming or better yet stop on your way to and from Yellowstone National Park, It will worth your while.

The description on this hotel is a little misleading. There is no pool. The rooms have been redone, but there is still a lot to be done. The beds are very hard and the pillows are also. Just keep in mind that the walls are very thin as this is not a new hotel, and it won’t be insulation to protect you from hearing everything. The ice machine was also broke. There is no one on staff after 9 o’clock pm. Unfortunately it was not a restful night of sleep.

As a hotel snob, I can tell you these renovated rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and feel like a higher end hotel. Clean room, furniture is beautiful, nice linens, coffee in room, and great products in bathroom. Quite impressed Powell Wyoming.

This room was just gross. There are numerous stains on the carpet and I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Think possible murder scene but with coffee stains. The shower looks run down and rusty and caulking falling apart. Very out dated which I don’t mind if it’s clean and you don’t feel like you need a tetanus shot to walk around. Check in lady was very nice though.

It was nice to find a more realistic priced motel close to Yellowstone Park that I could afford. This is an older motel being transformed into a Travelodge by Wyndham. Office is remodeled and has a very modern clean appearance.

I'm not sure whether your question was meant for me, but we had two excellent stays.
You're correct, a/c was under the window; no bathroom window or bathroom a/c.
The hotel does have two buildings and I only stayed at the one behind the Maverick and immediately next door to Super 8.
