Detailed Reviews
The only issue we had during our stay was they fell through on a wake up call and never informed us that breakfast was 12$ a person. Cheaper hotels offer the same items for breakfast for free. Overall though it was a very nice place. Will be happy to stay again.

Clean and newly renovated rooms, but there are no microwaves in the rooms. There is a $10 charge for breakfast unless you’re a higher level Hilton Honors member. The parking situation sucks...there are limited spaces on-site that fill up fast, street parking has to be cleared by 8am weekdays, the free auxiliary lot they offer is out-of-site behind a store across the street, but they do offer valet service in a secure garage for $8.

We are extremely sorry to hear about this, and even more sorry to disappoint a guest. Parking is an issue for us because we are in the middle of town and not much space. Thank you for letting us know your concerns, your feedback makes us better. We hope that you will come stay with us again soon, safe travels!

I stayed here on my way home from a trip. There are some things going for the hotel. I loved the lobby area and the huge main floor level that includes where the restaurants are. It is aiso a great location downtown near the Pullman Shops. The positives are that my room (1015) had a nice bright bathroom and was very clean. It had nice flooring and a nice shower. There are 11 floor of rooms. There is valet parking but I was told to use a space in front of the hotel for free. I liked that the heat/AC can be controlled from the window unit or on the thermostat on the wall. It does blow on you while sleeping though.
The things what missed the mark are that the shelving unit was broken and one door did not close. It had signs of severed trauma from someone who was careless. The safe in the room would not work and kept reporting an error. I am sure it would have been an easy fix but I was only here for one night. The desk lamp on the desk was not plugged in, likely because the only two outlets wee occupied by the TV and cable box. There is some renovation going on but it started at 8:00 AM this morning. I was here on Sunday and both restaurants were closed, forcing me to hoof it to Red Lobster. The door of the elevator has images of pasta and pizza to make one drool, but, that restaurant is only open for breakfast and is lo longer an Italian place. The breakfast was pretty sad as it is a huge place and it only has a $14 buffet. I was permitted to order off the menu however but found nothing due to my vegetarian diet. I was able to scrounge up a small biscuit and roll. I had coffee. The very nice waitress let me have it for free. I advised her that I think that they need to make it clear that breakfast is NOT free and should post the menu on the window to be seen. When the front desk informs you that this is from 6:00 to 10:00 daily they need to let you know that it is NOT free as I saw two groups of people come in to find out that it was not free.
I think the hotel has promise but it needs to be maintained beyond the wonderful bathroom.

A perfect stay. Nice receptionist. Clean and beautiful room. Great view of the river. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurants to walk to. A wonderful stay in a cute town. I highly recommend. They have sandwiches in the snack bar that were quick and easy. Very nice since we came in late.

We were guests at a wedding And witnessed the utter lack of communication and coordination between the hotel staff and private caterer arranged by the parents of the bride. The hotel staff put out the champagne filled the water glasses and put hot coffee in cups no sooner than we had been seated and left. They were nowhere to be found for the entire evening. The private caterer did not and could not execute the meals without the assistance of hotel staff. Consequently many guests were left in the lurch. Many were searching for jugs of water in the kitchen themselves. More such examples played out throughout the evening. When the hotel charges for a venue I think their staff have the responsibility to be there and assist. That is an expectation that comes with paying for the venue.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We want you to feel comfortable sharing good or bad news with us. Unfortunately do to food safety laws, our employees were not legally allowed to serve another company's food which the company was fully aware of. We did try our best to assist them in any way that we could. We apologize that your experience didn't reflect this. Thank you again for your feedback and as always safe travels!

I am a mold and chemical avoider, in other words I am allergic to everything. The staff were very helpful. The staff at the desk were amazing they removed the feather pillows and comforter from the room and turned on the ac and exhaust fan to air out the room for me. They were very accommodating and even helped me switch rooms in the middle of the night one night. The maids brought me what I asked for and the valets were kind and professional. The staff really are the stars, but the property is very nice. The facility has been completely remodeled and is very well cared for, and I had a view of the Ohio River.

When I checked in I learned that there is no hotel parking and that I could either park on the street, use a public parking lot, or use the valet parking service for $8/day. I chose the valet, and it worked fine. Front desk person was friendly enough, but the room was inferior. Dark (inadequate light), dingy-feeling, no chair, and the TV didn't work properly. It felt like a dump of a hotel prettied-up a little with superficial improvements. Lots of work to do on this hotel before it's acceptable. I could hear the noise of the people in the next room. We were only there for one night as we passed through, but not again.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this has by far the best place I have stayed so far. When you go to eat at bootleggers see Brandi she will remember who you are during your stay. She will remember what you like to drink. When it comes to housekeeping there is this very nice lady in Debbie, she will give you whatever it is you need. The front desk is great also, they even say good morning and are even chipper at 4am. I would recommend a stay here, you wont be disappointed.

Shout out to Kayla the bartender. Definitely one of the best at her job. Her energy was contagious and she never left anyone with an empty glass. Always remembering every persons name and even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Our family held a wedding rehearsal dinner at this location on 01/22/21. Working with the banquet manager (Eugene) was a delight. The salmon and boneless breaded chicken choices along with the fresh salads, red roasted potatoes, veggie medley, and fresh cut fruit salad made for an excellent meal. Amanda and the serving staff (Sarah and Mariah in particular) were excellent and made the event special in the midst of all the COVID restrictions.

At the beginning of June, there were stacks of building supplies out front, and the outdoor area and pool were unusable. You might want to call and ask the hotel ... and have them put it in writing for you.
