This is a true gem! From when you walk in the hotel is so clean and pleasant and the room was immaculate! They offer such a nice free breakfast everyday and coffee is available off the lobby all day. The staff was really nice and welcoming too. Thanks for a great hotel that I will be returning to when we come back to Snoqualmie :).

My first time staying at this location - I can say that Jessica & George are an asset to this establishment. My stay was nice and I had no issues to report. I would recommend to others wanting a getaway from the city.

This hotel feels new, as in very new, even though it is a few years old. And, the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was large and bright. And, the free breakfast was good. When then the less than five stars review? It is because of the way they have programmed the lights in the bathroom (a sentence I never thought I'd write). When you enter the bathroom, first one ring of lights around the mirror come on automatically and then the laser-white inner mirror lights flash on. Even during mid-day it's pretty overwhelming. But if you should need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, after your eyes have adjusted to the darkness, the automated lights are like staring at a nuclear blast with no goggles. I know it may seem like a small, weird point to make, but it took my eyes (and nervous system) quite awhile to return to sleep mode.

NIGHTMARE with booking and what I was charged! Took five calls to simply book two nights. First, I was quoted $219 a night, and that a confirmation would be sent. Never sent. Called again, our reservation was completely wrong, but once again corrected it. Once again never received a confirmation. Called again and the woman told me she couldn't confirm my reservation with my credit card because it was already on file and would need another. HONESTLY at this point, the conversation went, Me: "Whose in charge of this hotel?" Woman on phone: "Tiffany" Me: "May I speak to Tiffany?" Woman: "She doesn't work here anymore!" I may have that exact name wrong, but that was the conversation! I would have bailed on this hotel, but not a lot of choices and was attending a local wedding. Other people in our party did cancel with this hotel and went to an Air BnB. My final bill was $279.15 for one night which they charged way before our arrival, and $301.57 for the second night, so $580.72 The only bright light, was the wonderful young man who checked us in.

We have stayed at this property many, many times in the past. The owners recently decided to get out from under the Hampton franchise umbrella, and it's now called the Snoqualmie Inn. Oh my, what a disaster thus far. The new owners are literally running the inn out of THREE RING BINDERS and are absolutely clueless. Rooms are still great and the property remains very clean ... but PLEASE, bring in some managers who have a command of the English language and have an understanding of how to run a motel.

New, really clean place. Everything was new and clearly just recently renovated. If you are looking for a clean and safe place to spend a night, go here but don´t wait any unforgettable experience from here. Breakfast was a disapoinment, there was a plastic mugs and disposable plates and cutlery. Not cool!!

Rude employees should be removed and replaced with agents who have customer experience and satisfaction at the top of their priority list. Passive aggressive and ego has. I place in the customer service industry.

I stayed here because of a workshop that was held in the hotel - and it was great! I have never met a friendlier staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast bar staff. It's conveniently located next to a brewery with a rotating food truck, a grocery store, several restaurants and coffee shops. Everything is new and very nice!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. We stayed in a king sized room on the first floor- lots of traffic noise as the hotel is located on a busy street. Our room also happened to be right next to a conference room and every time we walked to or from our room they seemed to be on a break- we were always walking by a crowd of people. It was otherwise a lovely, obviously pretty new hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and we were impressed by the breakfast spread. We liked how close it was to everything- walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants, short drive to the casino, Snoqualmie Falls and the outlet mall.

I have stayed at several Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites hotels and have generally been very satisfied. Some I have even repeatedly chosen when on return visits to certain cities because the hotel was so nice and clean. Because of these previous experiences with the brand I chose Hampton Inn & Suites again when visiting a new area for business. How disappointing! Due to my pet allergies I was told my room would be thoroughly cleaned. Well, not only was it not a thorough cleaning, I don't think it was even cleaned at all! There was hair in the shower, hair in the bathroom sink, gum stuck in the carpet...it was just plain gross. I don't expect perfection, but hair all over is just simply gross. This tells me that the promises the staff made were bunk and that you cannot trust this particular facility. I even needed to stay and extra night in the area and chose to leave the current hotel and drive quite a distance to get to another hotel. There was no way I was going to continue to stay at Hampton Snoqualmie. I will certainly book in the future with Hampton in Couer d'Alene because I have had nothing but pleasant experiences there. Smae with many other places I have stayed. But this experience at Snoqualmie has caused me to hesitate booking Hampton Inn in places I have not yet visited. It was not worth anything I paid or was looking to achieve in my stay.
