Every year we head North for our 3 fantasy football drafts. We have stayed here many times as this site is very good. Great staff always, this site has a great social area to gather at and meet other travelers or friends. It has a nice little bar with TV's, a great courtyard(little road noise from I-5) but still very nice, simple food menu if your hungry and some sweet folks tending the bar.Great pool and hot tub, good workout room and nice quiet rooms with coffee makers. The area right around close to the site has plenty of great places to eat. Easy I-5 access and 405 access to Bellevue. The area around the hotel is busy from construction of the new high speed rail. When its done this site will be right at a stop so it will be even handier to access downtown Seattle for concert or sports events. I like this site, not a 5 star Marriott but very good in my opinion.

This Courtyard is below the standards one expects from a Marriott brand. The main problem is the construction around the hotel related to the new light rail and road work, as well as the proximity to I-5. Parking is limited, the area surrounding the hotel is unappealing. The room we stayed in was clean, but the hallways could benefit from more attention especially with the pets allowed in some rooms. Finally, charging for the coffee at the Bistro in the morning while advertising it as free 24 hours on the hotel website is disappointing.

We stayed this hotel for two days with my youngest hockey team mates and families during family day holiday in mid Feb.

There were many people from a couple of other hockey teams and a volleyball team in the hotel. It was very clean and staffs were very friendly and nice.

My son and his team mates had great time at the indoor pool and hot tub and gym.
The bed was clean and hard so it was very comfortable to sleep. The room was clean.

The breakfast was ok. There were toasts, bagles, oatmeal, cereals, and eggs and sausages with coffee and tea. I wasn't expecting anything fancy like all inclusive buffet so it was ok.
The location was great for the hockey arenas and restaurants and stores.

I booked this hotel because I was having some work done in my kitchen and needed somewhere to spend the night. This was my first time staying in a Marriott branded hotel & I have to say that the experience was pleasant. While it appears on the outside that the hotel is tired, the interior seemed like it had been renovated recently with clean hallways & dining area. The staff was especially friendly & helpful. As for the room, it seemed a bit dated but was more than sufficient for my stay with plenty of room to spread my bags out. The TV's have the ability to stream HBO, Showtime, Netflix & Prime Video free of charge which I especially appreciated because I forgot to pack my laptop for the stay. The only reason why I am giving this hotel a 4 instead of 5 is because restaurant had decent food but the prices were a little unreasonable especially for breakfast which is free over at neighboring La Quinita. However I would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff immediately greeted us with genuine kindness and they were quick to check us in. The room we had for the three of us was clean, spacious, modern and comforting—it felt like home from the moment we walked in.

It’s located a few minutes drive to the Alderwood Mall and the access to the I-5 isn’t far away either.

It’s a wonderful place to stay and we will return again without hesitation.

The room was clean, partly renovated. Lighting was fine. I think the bathroom was newly renovated. Very clean.

Bed was comfortable, towels were thick and fluffy, electric outlets easy to find near the bed and table, shower water pressure was very good.

Staffs were very friendly.

In room were personal caffee machine and other standard amenities available. Out room there were washing machine and ice vending machine available.

Parking lot was big. Hotel location had nothing special.

Cons:
Bit awkward to have the sink outside of the bathroom.
Pros:
Quick and easy check-in. Friendly front staff. Free water and infused water near front desk. Free Starbucks drip coffee provided outside bistro hours. Room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Toothbrush and toothpaste was provided free of charge upon request. Shower gel provided smelled great. Room was spacious - lots of desk space, a big couch, another small table, a large TV, a full size mirror, 2 bedside tables equipped with charging outlets. The hotel was close to everything we needed, including a large mall. Parking was free!
We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and awesome front desk associates!!!! Kudos to Jose and Edward for fixing couple bumps during our stay. As far as the hotel itself, the carpets and the bathroom needs a true facelift. The room ambience is dark and depressing. Also, we are a savvy travelers and always on the road here in USA or internationally ; we are loyal to Marriott yet seeing a price tag of $6 for water bottle or missing tea bags at the complimentary coffee station ( coffee and hot water available) was very strange and new to us. At every Marriott international or USA those have always been complimentary whether luxury stay or more budget kind. Jose and Edward and location are only reasons we will be back. Please consider upgrading the rooms especially the bathrooms. Thanks.

We stayed here about a year ago and it was great. This time around it was not nearly as nice. The breakfast selection was awful, oatmeal without any toppings other than a bowl of stale brown sugar. No fresh fruit offerings other than a few apples. No muffins or yogurt or waffles. And there was trash on the floor in the room and the bathroom was not very clean. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly just like last time around.

We have used Lynnwood Courtyard for weekend getaways and enjoyed it immensely since it first opened over 20 years ago. Long enough to have made good friends in the area that we incorporate into our visits. Its location along the freeway makes for easy access. Public transportation from the transit station makes for easy commute to Ball games in Seattle without paying huge hotel and parking costs.
Service at the Marriott Courtyard has always been very accommodating and professional. We do find however lately it now seems hard to get what you book. After 100's of visits, recommending and introducing a lot of new clients, having preferences on profile, and repeating preferences on each booking, something always gets messed up. Maybe it's attributed to post Covid thing or staff changes. It is however enough so we have been looking at alternatives in the area for our last couple visits.
