We decided to escape our home to the Garden Inn in Issaquah. It was a good move, as their HVAC was working and ours wasn't keeping up. Could have stayed in the Garden Inn in Redmond, but it was 60k points/night and Issaquah was 50k/night. So, what was the difference: Redmond included the breakfast, but parking was $15/day Issaquah had free parking, but breakfast was not included. I didn't spot that breakfast was not included, but the free parking roped me in. Breakfast was off a menu, no buffet. Other things: Issaquah has in-room air conditioners, which aren't silent. They are capable of being set to STUN. Issaquah does not have dinner service in their restaurant on weekends. The restaurant is also the bar, and it is open evenings. There are many restaurant choices nearby along Gilman Blvd or Front Street. There is a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. If you have a Keurig at home, you might want to bring extra capsules. Pillows are fiberfill, you might want to bring your own. Overall, we were happy to escape the sweltering heat at home.…
This is one of our favorite Hotels to stay at, the rooms are so clean, the restaurant and bar that offers outdoor seating is awesome as the food is. Everyone's friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the door. I choose this Hilton Garden Inn in Issaquah over any others int he area. Thank you
Reservation states breakfast included and I was charged for pancakes! Pool was also very small and it was very busy at all time during the afternoon. I was very happy with the quality of my room and lobby
We booked this hotel to spend our last night in WA, before moving out of state. As one can imagine, we had a super long day dealing with movers and everything else that comes along with a large cross-country move. Not to mention handling an infant and a toddler at the same time. A good night's sleep is something we were desparate for! The location, the amenities, and the service were great. However, the one thing we needed the most, sleep, was hard to come by. Thats because the fridge in our room became super loud late at night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. At one time, the noise was so loud that it woke up the kids and frightened them. As a result, we were dealing with cranky children the next day (our travel day). If not for this issue, I would have given a 5 rating because the hotel (property) and especially the staff are really good!…
Currently staying at this property. Booked an evolution king through Expedia because it said slept 4, and a review online made it sound like that meant one king plus a sofa bed. The term “evolution” refers to their standard room. A mom traveling with two teens. I apologized at front desk for the misunderstanding after seeing the room and asked if a two queen was available, however was told they cannot change room type. Love Issaquah and this is a great hotel, especially for the location and price. Just want to voice this for others so that they do not book with same impression from confusing room names. Not sure why they have regular king and evolution king in types if there is no difference.
Pretty. Well done with updates. Small store. Inside near the desk. They were making a profit here, but conveniently located where it could be seen coming into the place. No free breakfast Clean /comfortable/quiet Friendly. Just over priced for what we usually have to pay
Stayed for a business conference and rented the conference room. Morning staff, manager Jon, very unfriendly and borderline rude. WiFi did not connect well, very nice evening staff, great restraunt and restraunt staff.
Snow kept many people off the roads, restaurant staff missed a shift or two Hotel didn’t miss a step stumbled once for us but recovered quickly $16 for breakfast may not be an everyday something but with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in room a little planning can go a long way
We were there for a stay after my husband’s surgery at a local hospital. The staff were very accommodating and made sure all our needs were accommodated. The room was very clean and they provided extra pillows and linens with no hesitation.
Very good service. Employees were very nice everything was very clean lots of options for snacks. The only downside was the bed being a little bit too firm. Breakfast was not the best but also not the worst.
