We loved everything about Rosario! The staff, service and views were all amazing!! The spa massage was magnificent. The food at the mansion was very good, all the food on property was! The kayak tour was great as well. Our view from our harborside suite...More
We were on a chartered cruise in the San Juan Islands, and Rosario was a scheduled stop on the cruise. (Charter captain had a pass so we could swim, and take a long, hot shower & not worry about saving water on the boat).
We were very happy with this resort for our family. Rooms were clean and our rooms (building 1600) had beautiful views of the harbor. Whale watching boat from the this Marina was excellent (Deer Harbor). There is a nice outside pool and three restaurants to...More

Great question, and I’m not exactly sure on the number. I’d guess about 40 rooms on the hillside grouping of buildings, with another 6-8 directly on the harbor. It’s a steep walk back up to the rooms from the restaurant and mansion, so be ready for the incline!
Pricing is typical for resorts. You can view the spa menu and pricing on the Spa section of their website. It lists a 90 minute massage at $155. If you decide to go for it, ask for Misty. She was awesome.
