Standard Embassy Suites. Little refreshed since we stayed there 20 years ago. Given handicapped room, which was not needed but ok. However, deadbolt lock did not work and when we looked closely the strike plate had been replaced with one that did not fit. Was charged for parking with no notice. Just told we needed pass on dashboard. Charges showed up later. Even charged for second car the one night my wife drove her car over. Suburban hotel with somewhat poorly designed surface lot. No reason to charge in a location like this and no reason not to inform me.

Hotel's Favourite
In the Seattle area, this hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. They are doing an outstanding job with balancing Covid restrictions and hospitality. That cannot be easy to do. And while on the news we hear how bad the hotel industry has been hit with staffing issues, this hotel didn't miss a beat when it came to taking care of me. The front desk welcomed me and asked about my room preferences listed on my Hilton Honors profile; I had forgotten what I had listed. The Wi-Fi in my suite worked great. The bed was comfortable. I saw some reviews being petty about little things like parking charges. The parking fees here are very low compared to other cities this size. IDK, I saw the charge listed on the website and decided to stay here. Fairly large print just below Hotel Policies. Online shoppers need to stop being so click happy and read what they are buying. This hotel wasn't the closest to where I wanted to be in the Seattle area but because of the service, I'll be back.

Good for a business meeting, not a family vacation! Service was great, pillows were the worst I have ever had in a hotel, rooms and the rest of the hotel are void of color/interest, and I could have stayed at the Hilton Bellevue, a 4-star hotel for less $.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue while in town for a family event. Overall, a very good experience. I arrived past midnight due to a late flight, and the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Online check-in and digital key made it very easy to get in quickly. The room (a king suite) was large and comfortable. The bed was amazing! My room was down a side hall and was very quiet, no hallway or outside noise at all. Nicely laid out, with comfy seating area and dining space, and a basic kitchenette. My only complaint about the room is the poor quality coffee -- seems to me like they should invest in Keurigs or something comparable, rather than having bad-tasting hotel coffee. The morning breakfast includes a made to order omelet station, which was a nice treat! Because I got in so late, I wasn't aware of when the breakfast closed, and they shut it down very completely right at 9:00 on weekdays. Would have been nice to have a 10-minute warning -- luckily, I was already in line for the omelet, but couldn't get anything else, and they even pack away the lobby coffee (which is better than the room coffee) at the same time. Other than that, no complaints at all! The location was very convenient for the purpose of my stay, and I was happy to discover a Starbucks only a three-minute walk from the hotel.

Convenient location when here for business, our team use as our default. Service is still great, nice, helpful and friendly. But since COVID Hilton are using it as an excuse to provide less services, housekeeping every 3 days, limited drinks at manager reception, reduced menu in restaurant and it goes on. As a diamond member I am disappointed and will certainly consider other options on next trip

If you absolutely have to stay at this hotel and don't want to read the rest of the review: Breakfast crew, including the lady that makes the omelets are absolutely the BEST!!! and the gentleman that provides bartendering for evening reception, also, FANTASTIC!!! Very nice people, whole family had nice conversations with the omelet lady and bartender who were both super professional and sweet. Both were working while they chatted. Super awesome people... Read the rest of the review for why it received 2 stars and we won't come back. We have stayed at this hotel basically every year since my aunt moved a couple of blocks away and even in early 2019 it was still an on point Embassy Suites hotel…. This year though, not so much… It started with no greeting for being a Hilton Honors member or the accompanying item(s) and while this is small, its just a start. When we got to the room we had not been told about breakfast hours, evening reception hours, or even more importantly that the hotel only expects you to want service for your room every 4 days of stay ie: if you are staying two nights, best hold onto the towels and hope you don’t fill your garbage cans ect. When we went by the front-desk to go to dinner, we asked about breakfast and evening reception and were given incorrect hours for breakfast, turns out A LOT of people had been given incorrect hours as the next morning when we went downstairs, we were waiting with a room full of people that had been given an even earlier start time. When we got back to the room and pulled out the couch for my daughter the bedding had dark hairs on it and popcorn kernel remains in the folds of the bed. We called downstairs and the gentleman that took the call said he would make arrangements for fresh bedding as quickly as possible. We also asked for a pillow and a duvet as there was no pillow in the cupboard and only a stiff slightly sticky yellow blanket for covers. This was not the same person that checked us in. The next day before heading out to shop we called down to ask about a duvet because we did get an extra blanket for the bed but not a mattress topper and when we stripped it the mattress topper was also dirty so we had used the duvet, so we needed another for the top. We were told that no house cleaning had been planned for our room that day, that housekeeping had to be planned 24 hours in advance. This lead to a long saddening conversation with the manager on duty (sales I believe she said), in which I was interrupted several times even though I was not being abusive in any way and in fact, just presented the problems we had encountered so far and tried to find out how they would deal with them. This manager finally said she make sure the basics were taken care of as with three of us we had used all the towels and the garbage cans and still needed a proper bed made up for my daughter. The total lack of accountability, the excuses, having to gently push to even get a proper bed made up on the couch…. Then, we checked out on Sunday. We were told that we couldn’t have the total split between three cards, we were not asking for work invoices ect, we just wanted to pay the amount due between three cards, literally every single Hilton Hotel, including this one, has NEVER had a problem splitting the bill between three cards. This individual stated she had not been trained in this and there was no accountant available, you do NOT need an accountant to split the total between three cards. I asked for the manager as I stated I was sure they would know how to split between three cards and was told, “THERE ARE NO MANAGERS WORKING ON SUNDAYS”….. REEEEALLLLY, no managers, on a Sunday….. I then told her to just go ahead and run it all on my card and was then presented paperwork showing not only incorrect days but payments for three nights of stays instead of two, as I stood there looking at this incorrect bill, I asked, “Why am I being charged for three days? And what is with these dates?” as I handed it back to her, at which point she said, “Well, it shows you here….” And which point she seemed to realize she had charged someone else’s room onto my card. Which, she said she had not done but only that the machine had printed the wrong invoice….I don’t believe it was the machine that printed the wrong stay paperwork but ok. Also, BLM (Black Lives Matter) apparel is an approved part of this hotels uniforms.

The noise from the sports teams staying at the hotel was terrible, went until after 11 pm and was literally ignored by the staff. There was a person swearing so loudly and so much it could be heard in the next door room. Kids dribbling balls up and down the halls, etc.

We were in town for a wedding and we had booked 3 rooms. This hotel is lovely and nearby the freeways for easy access. Our rooms were ready early which was very much appreciated as we had a wedding to attend! The front desk was very helpful (especially Tamara!) and quickly took care of a small issue we had in one of our rooms. We were not able to partake in the evening happy hour because we were at the wedding but the breakfast was wonderful. I would like to take a minute to give high praise to Mozhdeh who was working the omelet bar. She was always smiling and working very hard. I have no idea how she could keep straight all the omelets she was making at one time but she somehow magically remembered who's was who's omelet all the while at the same time taking new order (not needing to write anything down!) and continuing to cook multiple eggs at one time. I was very impressed! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We had a great time!

I reserved a King “Presidential Suite” as a surprise for my wife on our anniversary. When we arrived Priceline had only reserved a King Suite for us and it looked nothing like the pictures! I spent an hour on the phone with Priceline with absolutely no help from them!! What terrible customer service!!! Fortunately, the hotel’s manager took it into his own hand to resolve the problem. What a relief!! He was fantastic!!! Anniversary saved! Priceline was horrible!!! However all of the hotel staff was wonderful!!! We ended up having a really nice stay, no thanks to Priceline.
