Detailed Reviews
We booked out 11 rooms for a Waitangi weekend work stay and it was an excellent choice on what is probably one of the busiest weekend of the year. The units were that older concrete block style but were spotless, really spacious, and just moments walk from town and supermarket. The fully stocked kitchenette and layout of having the single beds in the back bedroom with the queen bed in the front lounge area would make it ideal for a family stay. There was an excellent playground just over the back fence and the pool area was safe for kids. The parents in our work group said it would be ideal for a family stay.

Three of us stayed here and enjoyed it so much we stayed for an extra night. For a very reasonable price we had two bedrooms, a large lounge & a kitchen dining room. All were clean and though not luxurious was very comfortable. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that our 90 year old had trouble with the shower over the bath. The Manager & staff were also very friendly and efficient.

I have been coming here for many years and it seems that prices are increasing while the service is decreasing. $555 for 3 nights is a lot of money.
They had no record of my reservation. Fortunately there were rooms available.
Room servicing was poor. The shower mat disappeared the first morning and was not replaced. The bed was not made. The drain in the shower was blocked so water was extremely slow to go away and almost overflowed.
I suspect I won't be coming here again.

Good stay but needed some maintenance. Outdoor table outside our room was badly buckled (and isn't the only one) so hard to eat on if sitting on the deck. Compendium in rooms are very out of date. It states there were Sky Movies but there was not. It also states daily room service but I had to ask for it after the fourth night as our bin was full, we were running out of toilet paper and needed clean towels. Had to go down twice over a 7 night stay to ask for more toilet paper. Was told we were supposed to let them know if we required room service the night before if it was needed. Bad service. Pool was nice but the stones around it are sharp to walk on in barefeet.

The painted breeze block and 70s decor would have been fine if the room didn’t stink of stale cigarette smoke. I understand that places like this are designed to meet a price point and I think I was booked there in error, but in 2024 there is no excuse for this lack of cleanliness. I didn’t ending up staying there even though I had already paid.

A friend and I spent a couple of nights at the Kerikeri Court Motel during our trip to the North Island. The hotel is comfortable and nicely furnished. It is in a great location and the host Kerry is fantastic. Upon our arrival she recommended activities and later booked our day trips for us. I would recommend this hotel.

My husband and I and a couple of friends had a very pleasant stay at this motel. It has recently been taken over by new owners and is the in the process of being updated and to a very high standard too. It was very clean and well set up for all ones needs and very good value. It is close to everything that Kerikeri has to offer. Kerikeri is a delightful place with an abundance of good resteraunts and cafes. We were going to the theatre which is a beutiful purpsoe built centre just around the corrner from this motel. There are also many other things to see and do in Kerikeri withiin a short distance of the motel, such as the Stone Store and the beautiful Rainbow Falls walk.
I woud stronly reccomend this motel.

We only had a one night stop-over in the "winterless north", but it was a very nice one. They did put on lovely weather and terrific accomodation. Well priced, spacious and comfortable. Location wise you couln't ask for more with shops and food within walking distance. We have decided to come back next summer and will stay here again, for sure. Thanks

Located in the heart of Kerikeri....if Keri keri has a heart...I have never found it.
Step back in time....the smallest TV I have ever encountered in a motel/hotel in a long time...and I didn't thionk they made CRT TV's anymore.
The towels are so old that they actually scratch you as you dry yourself and the bathmats are so frayed they should be reverted to drying the dog.
One of the power outlets in the room wasnt working which delayed dinner for half an hour...but the glitter ceiling in the lounge/bedroom more than made up for that.
