Anita is a lovely hostess, her home is delightful. It is so welcoming, warm and clean and the breakfast is yummy. We had a lovely three night visit and I would go back if ever in that area. The fire was always burning was so nice to walk in to a lovely warm place as we had had snow which was exciting.

My husband, myself and our 14 year old daughter loved our stay at The Saddlery. We all shared the Garden View room which the owners kindly put any extra bed in for our daughter. The room was plenty big for the three of us and the bathroom was lovely. The house is situated within easy walking distance to the shops/restaurants in Greytown. The provided breakfast was good and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

We booked a room on the back side of the B&B that had a nice view of their excellent garden/yard. The hosts were so accommodating and helped make recommendations from the Greytown Woodside Trail to the Swing Bridge over Waiohine Gorge.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our way from Napier to Wellington. We had a very warm welcome by the friendly owners of the house. It has an interesting history as a saddlery and the house is beautifully restored and maintained. We received lots of help and tips of what to do in the area, also for dinners in town (Salute!). Just one note, if you stay in the front room and have a light sleep, earplugs might be helpful as the traffic runs right through Main Street. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good range of homemade Müsli, jams and gorgeous bread.
