A group of friends were cycling down the canal, and it was getting dark and late. Yamina called us to enquire what time we were checking in, and took the time to book us in the restaurant, and made sure we had everything we needed. At the time this was very much appreciated, and she did a great job, thanks!!

My stay was comfortable and relaxed, staff are all very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter and I ate dinner in the evening which was delicious and huge ( I think I had enough gammon steaks to feed 10) lol… we also had breakfast (full English) and my granddaughter had pancakes with Nutella and maple syrup which was also very tasty and huge. Mellissa was especially helpful and friendly, she was very cheery and is definitely a great asset to the whole place. If only we had you guys down south. Will definitely visit again when next up north. Thanks guys

Been to the Fernhurst for the second time. Wasnt as impressed as the first time as we were sat in a different part of the pub. Dont think you need televisions on when you are out with your husband for a meal I had lasagne which was very nice . My husband had the New York thing. He said it was nice but not hot enough. We tried to order on the app but it didnt work. A lovely waitress came to our rescue Lucy. Without her we would have been lost All in all was ok but not excellent

Jonysim, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. So it's really disappointing to see that we clearly missed the mark this time.

Lovely twin bedded room, very clean with everything you would expect from a modern hotel. Visited the pub and again everything was great, the food and the service. Special thanks to Morgan the receptionist who was on the hotel reception, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a good value stay with helpful staff.
