We went one night because we were going to go with the family to the aquapark, and we found a room for 4 (2+2) for €110 and when we arrived we found an excellent hotel and a spacious room. It's a business hotel if you're in the area. It is far from Madrid, and communications to the center usually have a LOT of traffic.
The price is very good, cheap for quality.
PLENTY of quality, but for sleeping, common rooms, buffet.
DON’T expect a hotel to be in, with a pool, activities, it’s not one of those, it’s to rest, spend the time you have to spend there and leave, and within these parameters, it’s VERY good.
I've seen people complain that if it's not for family... that if breakfast 14e is expensive... these people don't travel, or are used to other types of hotels, I'm clear.
This breakfast, in another hotel, you are charged for 20 or 30 euros, you can not compare it with the coffee and toast in your neighborhood and the family, well the same.

AC HOTELS are generally of a very good business standard. This one as bigger than average size rooms work desk and in my case the two single beds pushed together. Better standard than Aravaca down the road. Can get a bit expensive but it largely looks after the large corporates near by.

Stay Away!!! Hotel seem to have some structural problems. Little wind causes huge noise in rooms and within hotel as in something is breaking. On top of this, they have dishonest staff at front desk who prentends that hotel is always full (to avoid giving an upgrade) while occupany rate seems very low.

Really nice accommodations, far from the city but we never had an issue finding an Uber, really nice breakfast options and the rooms are nice in size. We requested twin beds and as in typical European style the beds are pushed together, defeating the purpose of having 2 separate beds but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we were very happy with our stay far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times as it's in the same business park as my Madrid office. Rooms are clean and roomy. Food is ok, not a lot of options but those that are available are good. Breakfast is very good. All in all, a good hotel for business travellers in that area. Wouldn't recommend it if you're planning on touring Madrid!

Having spent (and paid) a night there with my wife, I go down on a Saturday at 11:30am and they don't want to serve even a Coca Cola. They say nothing can be served because there is an event a few HOURS later. Can you imagine? And you are in an isolated business park, nothing around. I asked to see the manager, not there. Guy at reception and two waiters at the bar don't even look at my face when asked. They just don't care about customers. They point at their vending machine!! And this is not a hostel, it's a 4* hotel!!!
Then the rooms are tired and badly kept. The building is a glass office one, not a proper solid. No hand towels, we had to ask. Only one tiny water bottle for two. Separated beds moving while you sleep...

This place had some good reviews so I went ahead and booked it. However these reviews must be old as I found the service in this place so poor. I waited for 30 mins just to get checked in while there was just one receptionist checking people in, despite a room of 4 marriott staff in directly behind the reception desk that were just chatting and joking. The manager was in another room playing on his phone. Surely one of them could help with the process or they could employ more than one member of staff! The room I was given was in a poor state with black marks on the bathroom ceiling, rug torn and rolling up becoming a trip hazard, bed sheets with yellow stains on them, no iron in the room. The gym had a sauna but when i phoned reception at 9 to turn it on they said it was too late. The main entrance to the park has soft drink pallets that looked like they had just received a delivery that stayed there for the whole week.The place did not serve any food and there is nowhere within walking distance to eat. The broadband in the rooms is expensive and the signal is very weak. They gave me a smoking room when I stated to have a non smoking. Workmen did something in my room and left dirty footprints everywhere while I was at work. Warning do not stay here!

I have stayed here several times because it's the only hotel in this area, but otherwise I'd go elsewhere. Here is why:
- No walk-in shower, only a silly bath tub.
- Just one bottle of 330 ml water provided, whereas you cannot drink water from the tap.
- Even if more water would be provided, there's no kettle for making some tea.
- Limited breakfast portfolio.
On the plus side:
+ I like the sofa!
+ The guest rooms are quite large and look nice.
+ The desk is one of the largest I have seen in quite some time.
+ You can open up the window for some fresh air (the nights can be pleasant).

In order to improve your experience for upcoming stays, we proceed to respond to your comments. The hotel has rooms with bathtub, but also with shower. Please do not hesitate to ask us for a room with shower in your next stays. The Hotel provides a complimentary bottle of water in the free room. In addition to that bottle, our minibar has more water. You can also request more water without problem if you need it. On the other hand, in case you need to drink tap water, the water in Madrid is of very good quality and can be drunk without any problem. The hotel has Kettle available to the client. AC hotel is located at La Finca Businees Park. All the buildings of this area - including the hotel - have the same main structure. The hotel is 20 - 30 min far from down town but easily reachable from the airport. The room was well furnished, comfortable and wide. Desk, coach and bed constitute virtually 3 different spaces. It's not that kind of hotel that you open the room's door and you say: "ohh in the pictures the room seemed so big!" and then you find all the stuff one on top of the other. Negative point: the bathroom was not well illuminated and without a serious fan to circulate the air. I've tried the restaurant one night. The menu is very limited but well selected. The taste was good. Area of improvement: I waited about 40 min for a quick bite, should be faster.
