Detailed Reviews
Very convenient as we have family in Pozuelo. Five stars to the employees who were helpful and pleasant at all times, but I only rated four stars overall because breakfast was convenient and acceptable for the price however, why the undercooked, limp bacon which is so standard in Spanish hotels and hours (days?) old, cold pancakes and waffles? Rooms are small but well appointed and bathrooms, which have good showers, have gel but no little bars of soap for those who prefer them. Also no bidet, no toilet brush, no ventilator. These small “complaints” aside, this was our second stay here and surely not the last.

We stayed 2 nights in a triple. The cleaning from one night to the next left a lot to be desired. Out of courtesy they give some tea and coffee, we had tea and after cleaning the room there was still dry tea in the dirty cup, we understand that they don't replenish the tea but it feels bad to find the cup just as you left it. There was also only the roll of paper that was on, being 3 people the first day we almost finished it, when they made the room they didn't replace it and we had to go ask for one. They are small details but in a 4-star hotel I don't think they should have.

What a great hotel! I had reserved a standard twin room, but I jumped on it when I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite for a reasonable increase. We had a lovely room with a couch, comfortable beds and linens, excellent pillows, and coffee service! The breakfast was generous- fresh fruit, coffee, cereal (real cereal! Not all sugar junk kids' stuff!), eggs, meats, juice, bread, and even salmon! A nice gentleman kept the dining area neat and the food replenished. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon, the woman at the front desk was pleasant, but the young woman who checked us out was lovely and very sweet. Plenty of restaurants in the area and street parking is free on Sunday. We were very pleased with the Sercotel Posuelo.

The hotel is acceptable but the manager is completely incompetent who even insulted me. I went down to breakfast but first I had to go to the car, I asked the reception where breakfast was and I told them this point, that I had to go to the car first, they didn't tell me that breakfast was about to end. When I went to have breakfast they helped me but when I asked for things to be replaced they informed me that it was after hours. I told them that I had been at the reception half an hour ago and that they could have informed me, the manager came and right off the bat he called me a liar because half an hour ago he was there. I told him that "half an hour" was a way of speaking, that it could be 15 minutes... but it seemed incredible to me that he insulted me right off the bat. Very unpleasant. But you only have to see him to understand that he is not fit for the position, all he does is walk around with an air of superiority.
I won't return because I won't see his face again, there are many hotels in Pozuelo and at a better price

One star left over for breakfast: lack of staff, plates piled on the table and the waitress expects you to do the work, because she comes to the table and leaves without taking it. I was x.e at Sercotel portales de Logroño with ***; He invited the management to see how they manage the service/products there. There was no orange fruit or pineapple/watermelon, usual in hotels of this category. I couldn't drink skimmed milk, there wasn't any. To say that the room, the rest and the reception service were up to par.

The best of the hotel, the kindness of the girls in the restaurant.. Very good service and speed. Fine pasta pizzas are recommended. Breakfast nothing to highlight, unappetizing to the eye. We chose to have some toast in the cafeteria.
In the room they have a spacious wardrobe, desk table and bar furniture. We need a shelf to organize the luggage.
The right bed, the worst the duvet, unbearable heat that prevented us from a good rest. (With how nice a fleece blanket is... gone in every hotel.)
The small bathroom, only the shelf of the sink to organize the toiletries (very insufficient)..
Also note that the rooms are very noisy (the walls and ceilings with poor soundproofing ). All night listening to the footsteps of the guests upstairs.
To top off the parking is on an adjoining street and not directly connected to the hotel. You need the number to leave the luggage at reception and drop off and pick up the car when arriving and leaving the hotel.
Disappointing experience, really. A four-star hotel should guarantee a much more pleasant stay. We won't repeat...

As mentioned in other reviews, breakfast is definitely not their strong suit. Pancakes/waffles are quite stale, bacon seems old, bread is stale and staff is eager for you to leave.
That being said, the room itself was ok. Mattress was very comfortable and shower was spectacular. The couch had some questionable stains (pics taken upon arrival), light switches (especially bathroom) are about to fall apart, ventilation system is visibly dirty.
I hope improvements are made, because other than that, the place is ok!

Wonderful Hotel, totally recommended. The rooms are modern, clean, equipped as if it were a 5-star hotel, very comfortable beds, top quality towels and bathrobes, good breakfast, very quiet location. But the best of all the service!!!!! Everyone is very attentive and the tall, blonde receptionist is very friendly and exquisite. And also the lady who serves breakfast exceeds all expectations, friendly, helpful and very friendly. It's my second time at the hotel and it certainly won't be the last. This is my hotel when I need accommodation in Pozuelo and on the outskirts of Madrid. Fantastic!! Super recommended!!!!

The hotel was ok, but the bathroom was a mess. The shower door leaks water, it is impossible to shut it completely. So every time you take a shower, there is an ocean of water on the floor. Not something i would expect in a four star hotel! Also, the one of the sinks is broken.
There is some noise of a boiler or some machinery starting from 5 am in thr morning, it is not very loud, but if you are sensitive to noises - this hotel is not for you.
Also, when we arrived the elevator was not working, so we had to take stairs to the 3rd floor. Yuks. It was fixed in a few hours.
The good part - friendly reception and nice pillows and matresses. Thats why i am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

We stayed several nights at Sercotel Pozuelo. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff were so very nice to us. The breakfast was excellent. The location was good for visiting a family member at a nearby hospital and also for the Fiesta. Several good restaurants close by.
