Detailed Reviews
This is the fourth visit to this hotel so it cannot be all bad. Out of the centre of Madrid and on the opposite side of Madrid from the airport. The taxi is around 60 euro or you can take the train and the tram which takes about an hour door to door.
The rooms are of a good size. Better than if you where in the city. Beds are great. Shower OK but some of the other fixtures look a little worn-out. Has a fridge and a safe.
Breakfast is a bit if a let down. OK but not great. But most of Spain is like that. They are more about the middle of the day meal.

Sometimes it depends on various factors to stablish the quality of a place. In this particular case the tempartures in Madrid were almost umbearable due to a heat wave that was affecting most of Spain and therefore one just wanted to be indoors with the a/c full on. The hotel is fairly isolated and therefore one had to walk to the nearest facilities which were about 900 m. away. Fortunately the staff were very good and it was easy to stay within the confines of the hotel and consume cold beers. I would rate this hotel a good choice for business meetings. The breakfast was very good also.

Excellent hotel with good staff. Ambiance and structure is good. Located little far frol the downtown. Value for money. Not much options for vegetarian food. Cineplex and restaurants are located near by.

I don't know why this hotel thinks it's 4*, or why it is so expensive. 3* at best. It's way out from the centre of Madrid, and there's nothing to do, or places to eat, in the immediate area. The hotel itself is shabby and in need of cleaning and redecoration. The outside surfaces are peeling, to the extent that it looks like the hotel was abandoned years ago. The carpet in the corridor is an ill fitting jigsaw of offcuts, badly laid, not glued down, with the concrete of the building showing through the gaps. My room contained two broken lamps, with the shades torn, and one with a broken bulb. There was a small fridge in the room, but no free bottled water, and the tap water was not drinkable. I had to buy water at the bar downstairs, €2, with no lid. The bed was advertised as a queen sized bed, but was in fact two unconnected single beds pushed together, which separated easily on the tiled floor. Breakfast was basic and indifferent. There were no English TV channels available. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly, the WiFi worked, and the bed, small as it was, was comfortable.

I find that for a 4 star hotel it is really run down.
The exterior facades are completely peeling, which gives a very bad first impression.
The rooms are very damaged and very poorly soundproofed.
The hotel is a 15-minute drive from central Madrid. The taxi ride costs 20 euros.
I think it's more interesting to rent a room in the center and it will probably be better than this one.
The breakfast is not bad but for a 4 star I think they could suggest a few things much better.
In summary, I do not recommend this hotel. The price is still high for a hotel that is not worth 4 stars.

Since we arrived the hotel is located on the industrial estate or let’s say very much on the outskirts of Madrid leaving it quite far away, It is obvious that outside it looks like an abandoned hotel since this seems that neither posture nor spatula have happened for a long time, it is sad because I remember this hotel very nostalgic and beautiful, the hotel inside is quite good with everything that could include a hotel TV, wardrobes, chairs, headboard... but when it comes to getting to the bathroom includes somewhat unnecessary things having such an uncomfortable bathroom. Finally electricity is a problem when charging with a charger these spoil or stop working, dryer smoke comes out, lights sometimes do not turn on... I would go especially to sleep 1 or 2 nights because of the quality price and buffet in the mornings.

Hotel absolutely abandoned to its fate. Located in an industrial estate but with prices of central Madrid. No investment in hotel maintenance. Dirty, worn mattresses, paper pillows and general deplorable state of disrepair
The level of the hotel does not correspond at all to the price they charge per stay. They take advantage of the proximity to the hospital to guarantee high occupancy but I insist that the four stars thing is a joke in very bad taste.

No water in the fridge, or anywhere in the room. Nothing complimentary. No coffee, tea, Nothing. The location is far from Madrid, if you are concerned with location. The furniture is old, no vibe, no energy, no updates to anything. It's decently clean, and it was pretty quiet since there is no one here because of Covid. It looks like a prison block, it's in the middle of nowhere.

I have had very close family members staying at the hotel for 45 days for medical reasons. The perfect facilities for your needs (including those of a person with a disability). The best thing has been the exceptionally familiar and affectionate treatment of all its staff: Estefania, ...
