We visited Bellevue as 4 friends for 3 nights 22/06/2022. Every review we read before we went were awful and really we didn’t have high hopes.

It cost us €80 in a taxi from Palma airport to the hotel.

The check in was very easy!!
Tv remote costs €10 deposit
Safe is €3.50 a day plus €10 deposit. Ours didn’t work as we wasn’t given a key so got a refund no problem.
Wifi you need to pay for too.
There is a resort tourist tax which was about €2.20 per person per day.

The description of how to get to our room was hard work but got there In the end, we would of struggled in the dark.

We paid for a 1 bed apartment and ended up with a 2 bed. We had a full working kitchen in the apartment too. The room was immaculate. One room was twin beds with a full wardrobe and shelves with hangers. The 2nd room was a double bed with the same.

Beds were memory foam mattresses and all agreed the best beds we’ve ever had on holiday.

Few things needed touching up around the resort but nothing to put us off. The pool area was clean and managed to get sun loungers no problem. People might struggle in school holidays. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk and is beautiful.
The pool bar was open from 11am till late and no restrictions or limits on drinks.
Snacks served all day at the snack bar by the pool.

Entertainment in the day was minimal, could of done with music playing even quietly for most of the day otherwise no atmosphere at all.

Lifeguard on duty at all times and the pool was pleasant enough to be in all day. No heart attacks from the cold water 🤣

Restaurant was very busy but we had no problem with any of the food. Breakfast there was lots to choose from, fruit, salad, cereal, pastries, milk, coffee, juices, sausage bacon eggs beans etc.
Lunch and dinner was a usual salad but with lots of meat potato and fish choices.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday and the only fault we have was that we wanted clean towels everyday. We had 2 towels between 4 of us and the others were face cloths or bath mats

We will be returning

Thought we had booked a certain hotel and not 1 in a complex of about 10 hotels. Reception said we could only use 1 pool bar and never mentioned the snack bar but when speaking to other guests they used any pool and bar and we did.

The rooms in the block we stayed in had a very modern finish and the air con worked. Plenty of pools to choose from but sadly not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests that was at every pool and it didn't help when guests were putting towels on sunbeds at 7am and but not actually turning up till after 1pm.

Food and drink was typical of all inclusive but we heard some guests complaining about lack of kids food.

Entertainment was rubbish no kids club through the day and on an evening mini disco 9 till 10 but on 2 other occasions it was till 11 as no entertainment was provided, there is an on site "funfair" for kids but never opened till 6pm like I stated earlier no kids entertainment through the day.

The evening all inclusive bars that were open was 2 out of 3 and you were queuing for a good half hour most nights.

On check out you were asked to store your luggage in a building behind the reception which was always open and no one keeping an eye on it anyone could walk in there even someone off the street as it was close to the entrance of the complex (pics attached.)

We asked about getting a shower as we had an 11 hour wait from having to check out till getting picked up and they said showers are available what they never said was it was a shower cubicle in the female toilets that anyone can use it wasn't pleasant hearing someone taking a s**t whilst showering and then having to go into the male toilets to change!!! No rooms made available for late departures which I've never heard of.

Not really good to go all inclusive tbh we ate out 4 nights, not really a good place for kids either its too open to the public.

This was my opinion of the place but like I always say it depends what you want from a holiday not everyone wants the same.

The location is brilliant, the complex is huge (we didn’t realise as it just seems advertised as a standard hotel), one of the pools at the far end of the complex has a range of slides which we didn’t have a clue about until we heard someone mention it (strange that it’s secret) but thank god we found it. Unfortunately the complex allow lucky lucky men to roam freely so expect to be hassled by someone new every 10-20 minutes while lounging around the pool. There’s no security at all, the complex is open to the public. Bare in mind it’s set on the lake so be sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellent with you if you stay here! Room cleaning isn’t daily and is very low standard, never had the bed sheets changed. When we arrived in our room it was full of builders tools, a dirty mop bucket, long hairs, a rusty blade, along with other building/plumbing stuff. The hotels entertainment is crap and the food is tragic. I didn’t listen to reviews about the food as it’s hard to please everyone, but it really is poor. Terrible quality and the same stuff every day. There’s 3 cocktails to choose from that are just on tap from a machine. I’d recommend the hotel if you were self catering given the cheap price, but not all inclusive.

Well what a great holiday. Myself, wife daughter, grandkids 8 & 4 we had 2 rooms 1 family room and 1 double. All inclusive for 2 weeks. Firstly dont listen to all the negative comment this was great. Yes the resort is a little tired in places Family room was in older block but great size, clean with kitchen Double room in adjacent block has been ungraded and was beautifully done so no complaits about rooms. Staff were very friendly, and when daughter had issue with shower we told reception at 2pm by 6 shower replace, great service. Hotel site is over a large area and until you get your bearing if feels alittle daunting, one thing if you arrive at night have your torch ready as we went wrong in the daylight getting to our block. 2 dinning rooms, we were assigned the smaller one, 3 star buffet food you can always find something to eat yes bit samey if you have lunch and dinner but cant complain about anything... there was always pizza, pasta, salad, meats, veg, rice, kids area and loads of sweets ice cream and jelly, great for the grandkids. We believe the larger dinning room gets a bit manic at certain times but done think that unique, happens everywhere. Location was fantastic 10 min walk to beach, 20 with a 4 yr old right along the 'strip, as we called it all the bars restaurants and shops. Pools you have a choice of 5 or 6, we generally stayed at the pool between out rooms, older pool but fantastic size. Yes a little tried compared to all the others, which have been updated to a fantastic standard. You still have same problem of saving sunbeds as everywhere in the world but there are alot of them, we generally are not early risers so we never had beds but people leave and you will always eventully have beds really wasnt a problem for us. Each pool has a bar, drinks as much as you like from 11 until 6 never queued for more than a few mins as they have a 3 drink pp rule which works really we. Great idea yes if you are 4 or 5 group you just make 2 trips, not a problem. Snack bars open from 11 so basically you can eat all day, Burger, hotdogs etc available all day. Now then at the other side of hotel the waterpark. What a place, included in you hotel, slides, pool and splashpark all new this year beautifully updated, great investment from the hotel. That area is alot busier so be prepared. Also the hotel very kindly lets anybody use it so it dose get busy. Again we never waited for more than a few mins to get on a slide. Brilliant it was. Feel a little sorry for hotel as the investment is great but have a few little design issues but sure they will sort out in the off season. What a fantstic area for young and old. My only 2 little gripes, toilets at pool areas are in the hotel blocks, which if fine, but up near waterpark, is so busy, they get heavy usage so could do with more regular cleaning. Other little gripe, from 6 the only place to get your all inc drinks is the entertainment area 3 bars but
The queue's are long so be prepared, we only did the entertainment 3 times so overall cant really comment good or bad. So in summary, great location, large complex so nothing felt really busy, rooms great, food good what more can I say would definitely return thank you Bellevue for a great 2 week holiday!

Arrived at this hotel late at night friendly receptionist greeted us, checked us in and gave good directions to our room.

Arrived at the room which was clean and tidy, fresh towels even had a travel cot for our infant.

Bedrooms cleaned and clean towels given when you hang your door sign outside your door, if you don’t hang your door sign out they don’t go in. For people maybe who didn’t have their rooms cleaned you probably didn’t hang your sign on the door handle. The maid were very friendly and helpful.

Due to coronavirus there is only one pool open which was kept clean and the water checked throughout the day by their maintenance. Pool activities and kids club were really good, Rosa the lady in charge of kids club was great with the kids my little boy loves her!! Lots of space around the pool and no fighting for sun lounges as there were very small amount of people there. Great vibes and atmosphere. Games and music through out the day.

Meal times were hit and miss we basically eat anything anyway so we didn’t have an issue finding something to eat. There was the odd time the food was on the cold side but we told the waitresses and they sorted it ASAP. But overall food was decent and what you would expect from all inclusive. We had our temperature checked before every meal time and hand sanitiser available at both the entrance and exit.

staff were LOVELY. I don’t know why people are saying the staff were rude. They loved our kids and we’re always polite and talkative with us!

The hotel did have some pools that were not being used which did look dingy but they’re not being used so what do you expect :)

Just wanted to say that at the end of the holiday there was a mix up with our transfer to the hotel and one of the receptionists called Dani really helped us out. And thanks to her we got to the airport without any extra charge, so thank you Dani!

Overal we have had a great holiday and a lovely time. Don’t forget people you get what you pay for, so for those people putting bad reviews maybe increase your holiday budget...

Thank you Bellevue for a great time!

We will defiantly be back!! :-)

Disappointed, It one to complain however come here for a surprise rise birthday for my wife 40th . Location and resort is very nice however upon arrival there was a disabled convention for anyone with disabilities from entire region of Spain invited . This has led to over 3000 guests coming to the resort and being given priority to everything . We have paid all inclusive and didn’t get to eat a single meal in the restaurant inc lunch and dinner due to the mass crowds for meal times and the que for food or drinks at the bar is around 40/50 at anytime . Manager did his best to help but pretty poor all round . Managed breakfast on one occasion and it was chaos!! Food was like rubber stone cold and people everywhere pushing and strangers trying to sit at our table . The convention concert has taken over the whole resort and we have been pushed aside for anything this hotel offers !! Drinks all inclusive are small plastic cups and not allowed to use glass unless you pay . Average local drinks all watered down . Food from the breakfast we had wasn’t great either for all inclusive . The apartment we had was very modern And looked lovely but nothing works properly and the shower only had cold water , and watch out the bathrooms flood as there open shower so water soaks the bedroom floors no double beds had to push singles together . Month remote either you have to pay for those lol . Snack bar food is an option as we can’t get in restaurant and the food there isn’t great either stale bread and rolls half cooked burgers and nuggets. The hotel size offers lots of space but this convention has taken over the place as spoilt it for us
Maybe another time this may have been a different holiday however on this occasion it’s a no from us!

So the bad reviews are totally off! This was back up accommodation for my holiday. The staff are kind, courteous and extremely helpful. The room was clean and tidy and so was the rest of the hotel. The restaurant had different food every night and there was always something for everyone. Due to the situation world wide the hotel and staff were doing their best. I can honestly say I was worried about coming here as I had read the reviews left by some! There was no need for worrying. They are currently updating some of the accommodation. The pool area was cleaned every night and any problems fixed, the sun beds were disinfected every night too. I can honestly say that they will be considered in the future for holidays.

I had read some of the bad, and good, reviews for this complex so didn’t quite know what to expect. I can now say I would definitely book this hotel complex again. My room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was easy to use, was quiet and worked really well. The hotel demonstrated that they took COVID-19 precautions seriously and disinfected pool areas and amenities daily. I stayed in the Minerva II apartments and used the pool and bar area next to it. All the staff I met were courteous but a big shout out to Debora Cubero who served drinks at the Minerva pool. Despite having to work in that heat with a mask on, having to stand all day, she was extremely professional, courteous and hardworking.Kudos

Be careful booking here.

We have been here for 3 days, 1st day the toilet didn't work, I fixed this myself and the next day a plumber came out to fix it. They obviously knew the toilet was broken prior to renting this out but let it out to us anyway.

Day 2 the show in the show garden got cancelled, however we only knew this almost 2 hours after it was meant to start and we again only knew when the band started packing up.

Day 3, a cleaning let herself in and was on the phone to someone talking about the bed under the sofa, she then just left, we still don't know why she came in?

Then, towards the end of the day the lock didn't work, so had to go to reception.

You also have to pay for some of the drinks as they class it as "premium drinks"

If you want to watch TV you have to pay for the remote.

Then the food is awful

This hotel is a 3 * and I think people need to remember that before they add reviews about things that for me would make it a 5*
Just returned from a week with my husband and 6 year old daughter.
We had a well needed week away in the sun.
Arrived at check in on a coach full of people the reception had 6 staff members checking people in, wait was around 15 minutes, was shown on the map the variety of pools and the one which was closed out of 8. Shown where to eat, as we were jet2 we could eat in Leda block which I have to admit was brill, never waited always generally quiet.
Map showed us how to get to our block, yes it’s a large complex but there are signs showing you how to get to the blocks and then the blocks have the name in big above the door.
Staff all friendly always got a hello and smile.
Room was decent size, clean with a front balcony that overlooked the Main Street, this was great for us as night time when our daughter when to bed we sat and people watched. Never had any issues with noise from the Main Street or other occupants. Cleaners came every other day, cleaned, made beds and changed towels.
All inc was usual I’d not say repetitive as there was different things each lunch/dinner but you get ready for home food comforts. Always had chips, hot dogs and pasta on and then variety of food.
Snack bar was mostly safe every day burgers, hotdogs, chips, salad, chicken wings.
Drinks had no issues with the selection only thing I would say the queues could get long at night time, we often bought a couple of cans of beer at the on-site store which were less than £1 per can so we had a couple of drinks if the queues were long.
Entertainment was different every night, they did half hour of sing/dance along with kids then a different show. We had 80s singer, salsa dance class, magician, acrobatics and a singer another night. We didn’t see them all as our daughter got tired with being busy all day.
Our daughter attended the kids club a few times, they did painting, colouring, loom bands, face painting, tattoos.
Animation team were always helpful, club song and dance was done 3 times a day around the pool and although hearing the same song gets it stuck in your head we liked the idea that that was our holiday 2022 song.
I’d honestly say if you’ve booked do not worry we had a memorable holiday, we booked 3* and that’s exactly what we got

I had a studio room and there is a sliding wall to the bedroom (so to speak) not separate to the living area. 2 bed in what would be the bedroom and if you have put down 3 in the room in ours there was an area in the main room that had another full bed. The sofa however can convert to two singles or a double
